I tried to cancel within the 3 hour window - they said it was already shipped. To return is also a hassle- they make you jump through hoops then tell you there’s a 20.00 restocking fee. All around... Voir plus

Your Agent, Cris, was very helpful and very understanding of the problems I had with the original product presentation and sales pitch. I almost felt that I was being scammed top purchase other products such as vitamins along with the Back Massager. So I cancelled the order with my credit card company. THEN the product was shipped to me and it works well!
NOW the full price was refunded and I wanted to pay for it with a check and not a credit card that could be scammed.
SO, Cris was very helpful in discussing my problem with her superiors and coming to the resolution that after my problems they said I could keep the product as a complimentary gift.
SO, with all of these things happening I am very happy with the product and the personal service that the company allowed in my case.

I tried to buy lymph foot massager on site after infomercial ad in People magazine. Site offered 1 unit for $34.99 which I put in basket and proceeded to check out but instead taken to new offer for calf massagers and then a thank you for your order for 2 foot massagers and 2 calf massagers for a total of $228.00 on my card.
I immedately contacted my bank and Rejuvacare who told me my order has already shipped (5 minutes) I sent numerous emails to company to cancel but they will not so I cancelled my credit card, These people are commiting fraud. Do not trust!
5/26, 5 days after the bogus charges I have received a full refund from this company' this has been a stressful experience but bc of trustpilot I received this refund. I will now be very wary of offers that sound like and are too good to be true.

Kernel was perfect... she was patient and listened to my questions regarding billing issues. She then handled everything and followed up to confirm everything we discussed and agreed to...totally impressed and satisfied.

It was a horrible experience. I ordered the rejuvenating shoulder, but they charged me twice. I then noticed I was charged twice for a knee, which I never ordered or received. So now, a total of 4 payments. I only ordered the shoulder because, as a health care professional in alternative care, I wanted to assess if my patients could benefit from it. I had to claim my card for FRAUD, pay for a new card, and my bank looked into it and reversed charges to me. They told me Rejuvacare is a scammer. The one shoulder I have, I trashed it. They are no good! Sharon

Proceed with caution! This company automatically put me on a subscription for monthly charges when all I wanted was the device. As for the device that t is not well engineered and works only sparadocily.

Buyers beware, don't waste your money, product does not work and the patches caused a severe itching, bruising, and pain. I have reported what these patches did a long with a pic of the horrible bruising to the company & asked what the refund policy is ? They said to keep the product and offered a 30% refund, I agreed & would take the remaining loss. After multiply inquires, this company keeps making excuses every time I ask where is my refund to. They always reply the refund is in process on their platform and to wait 7-12 business days, then wait another 7-10 business days, now another 7-12 business days. Still no refund!!!!Safe your self and time, don't do business with this company!!! It's been 2 months still no refund. I've emailed Rejuvacare over 20 times and always get the same AI response that refund is in process on their platform. Even called and spoke to foreign person and they all she could say also.

The shoulder massager does ease the pain as well as it is advertised. It helps some but takes st least a half hour of massaging. Also the trial membership was renewed without any reminder.

I have been suffering from bone on bone shoulder arthritis and considering a shoulder replacement surgery but do to other health
problems I was afraid of complications. I decided to try rejuvacare triple method shoulder massager. it has given me enough relief that I’m able to function with less pain.

I ordered Rejuvacare Shoulder. It arrived in a timely manner. I used it sparingly for 2 weeks and found my pain getting worse. I let the company know, and they were very understanding. I am 88 yrs old and my problem is bone on bone. They understood my problem & sent me return info. I sent it back. for excellent service I would deffinately give them 5 stars. This all took place in the past month.

Watch out before you buy from this company! I bought the Advanced Footrenew product in Sep 2025. Somehow, to my suprise, I was also signed up for a very expensive subscription for something. I was distracted from an auto injury and did not notice the Rejuvicare and Rejuviknee charges until my bank flagged the latest transaction as fradulent. Between 11/2025 and 04/2026, I was charged $416.55 for nothing. When I called, the service person arranged a refund of $95.90. This company has a deceptive marketing model.

Everyone was so helpful in guiding me through the process of replacing my motor which was having difficulties. They sent me another Rejuvaknee at no extra charge. It took awhile to figure out how to send a video of it not working but they explained clearly how to do it. My new one is working perfectly and I'm already reducing my knee pain substantially.

Good Morning, praying all is well with you.
I must admit it was frustrating, trying to get my request answered.
Then finally customer service, heard my request for the need of extension straps to hold my shoulder pad in place.
I'm not a small person and have a 54"chest.
How when I was able to hold it place it was helpful.
I received notification that the complementary strap will be arriving soon.
