they need a patient payment system that actually works

Pretty easy system to use for submitting claims - but if you need to take patient payments, their Stripe solution is horrible. Called support - spoke with a rep who said she fields Stripe complaints several times a day, and is frustrated as she doesn't have a contact information for Stripe.

Claims are processed quickly and effectively

Claims are processed very quickly and accurately. Mistakes are very rare. Tech staff are helpful, informed, and efficient when rare need to get help does arise. Only complaint- and this is minor - is that tech staff are not quickly available sometimes.
The monthly fee is significant, and relatively new, but worth it. I recommend Office Ally heartily to all my colleagues as an effective way to process insurance claims.

Not fast enough

Number 1, software does not update fast enough. If there is bad weather, I have to retype the entire note 3-4 times, before it's ready to sign off.
Number 2, I asked for a refund once when there system was down for 3 days and was rejected.
Number 3,passwords do not need updating every 4 weeks.
