I really felt that Bob went out of his way to show a variety of cost effective options for offices, being an ambitious start-up and he managed to secure us a very highly sought after premises at great value. We will be sure to use O.F as we continue to grow and scale in size!

Owing to circumstances beyond our control, we lost the original budget that we started with, but Tom was both optimistic and flexible with all of our needs as a client and successfully advocated on our behalf to achieve a new office space that met our requirements in remarkably short period of time, from viewing to deposit in less than 20 days. Speed and efficiency of communication with the landlord was beyond and regular one to one communication at all times with the client.
