I bought an office chair which on first arrival felt very good. However, the ratchet mechnism for the back rest has become increasingly difficult to control, the seat foam has collapsed within 3 days, it is incredibly uncomfortable, it is worse than the chair it replaced and has made a spinal condition worse. I asked for a refund and was unfortunately out of the country when I requested it. I received an email stating that could we talk about the refund. That was 9 days ago and no contact has been made. The guarantee isn't worth anything. Avoid.

I purchased an excellent quality Ergonomic office chair from this company at a very good price. It is very comfortable, with brilliant back support. Stuart delivered it on Saturday morning (with no delivery charge), and adjusted the chair specifically for me. He took away my old office chair to recycle free of charge too, so I was really pleased. We ordered new chairs for our office. The OFC had excellent communication and were very flexible. The price was fair, did not push for a sale and overall was a excellent process from beginning to end. Being able to sample a chair was amazing as we could be confident with the purchase.

Great customer service. Stuart responded quickly to my initial queries and I ordered. It took a couple of weeks from order to receipt- they assembled the chair so that I had minimal assembly once it got to me. I received the chair on the requested day and it was easy to assemble. It's a very smart, comfortable chair and worth the money I spent on it.
