Hi there and thanks for the feedback. You'll be glad to know we're researching the best available non plastic packaging options so we can make a switch to bio degradable platters. Currently we're struggling to find options that will work well for our salads and keep the sandwiches fresh. In case you didn't know however the platters are 100% recyclable.

Quality food and reliable service
Although the last delivery day was the 24th of Dec they’ve made and delivered the food on the 26th of December when I needed them. Not only that but the customer adviser was prompt and helpful over the emails to give us the best solution. Food was really good aswell. Amazing service.

Great service great food
OfficeServe arranged a bespoke 'packed lunch' for a corporate event we recently had. The variety and quality of food looked and tasted fantastic. They tried to accommodate all of our dietary requirements and amended some of the dishes to help. Delivery was prompt and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

Service was immaculate - I am super pleased with the way everything was handled. Food portions are good in size, desserts are very nice and big as well, all in all - very happy we used OfficeServe and will use them again in the future for all sorts of office events.

OfficeServe - Fresh sandwiches
First time we have used this company, we ordered due to the Halal range of fresh sandwiches, tasty and well presented. The website had excellent information, Allegens, Nutrients and good descriptions. The packages once delivered also had clear labells and ingredients to demonstrate the above. Easy to use website. Would use the company again.

Arrived on time and sandwiches were fine but the tray bake cake platter was very small and looked horrible, hardly any got eaten. Not great customer service when I complained about this issue either.

Hi Dale, I apologies again that you didn't like the look of the Tray bake platter.
We provide multiple pictures on the website and even offered to refund the cost of these off a future order for you. It's a shame that only a full refund will satisfy you even though you confirmed nothing was actually wrong with the food.
Exactly what we wanted!
I hadn't ordered from OfficeServe before but needed catering for a business lunch of 12 people. I found OfficeServe on google and the reviews were great and the food options were exactly what we wanted. I placed the order and selected the date and 2 hour time slot (9am-11am), the food arrived at 10:15am and was nice and chilled.
Everyone commented on how nice the food was so all in all a great experience. Well done OfficeServe, I will be using you again and would recommend to others.

Always great fresh food the wraps were…
Always great fresh food the wraps were lovely and the cakes delicious.
Our favourite element though is always the comprehensive ingredient list on each platter as we have several members of the team with specific dietary requirements and intolerances and this makes a massive difference

Great help in resolving a potential problem.
As our usual in-house catering service were unable to provide a buffet lunch I had to organise a replacement at fairly short notice and did an online search. I came across" Office Serve" and found it very easy to open an account and place an order, there was a slight problem with making the payment but a phone conversation with a helpful staff member soon resolved that. On the day of the meeting the food order was delivered on time and very well packaged. The food provided was of excellent quality and much appreciated by everyone.
I would certainly place an order again in the future if the need arises.
