Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, beautifully presented fresh sandwiches and fruit. Would highly recommend OfficeServe. We are based in Twickenham with no options for lunch deliveries so I was very pleased to come across OfficeServe.
Keep up the good work - would definitely use you again!

Quality, great price and excellent customer service
Food is delicious, well-balanced in terms of flavours, ingredients and colours. Portions are generous and meals are cost-effective. Delivery is puntual and the customer service is genuinely top notch. I have used plenty of catering providers and the level of professionalism I've found here is impressive.

Great service
Shared platters ordered for a meetup event for 16 people. The website was clear and the order easy to place, the food was delivered on time and all of it was eaten, no waste.

Great selection of products to choose from, easy ordering service, customer service was really proactive when we needed to change the delivery address. And most importantly the presentation and taste of the selections ordered were excellent.

Please accept my most sincere apologies about this issue. I will speak with my colleague now and ask to refund you the delivery charges.
I have just checked and noticed you had selected our 11am to 13pm slot, and I understand that it was delivered 30 minutes too early. Unfortunately we will not be able to deliver at an exact time, as we do more than 100 deliveries on a daily basis, but we always aim at delivering closer to the requested time (and rather sooner than later).
If ever you are willing to give us a second chance, I will be happy to offer you a free delivery on your next order with us, as a a compensation for this unfortunate issue.
I wish to apologise once more on behalf of the Office Serve team, and please do not hesitate to call me directly should you need anything.

Easy to register an account and order placed easily. Full explanation of each lunch platter etc prior to ordering.
Delivery on time, however £12.50 delivery charge a bit high. Good feedback from our clients for the sandwiches purchased.

The Food is Great and Fresh
The Food is Great and Fresh. Can just recommend it and the presentation is also nice. The Beetroot salad with Feta is sooo Yummy I cant wait for another big meeting so I can order from Office serve agaig :-)
