If there is a 0 star that is how I would rate OFX. Slow to verify my account because their back office people can’t understand English and kept asking the same questions.

Even when the account was approved and I attempted to make a transfer it took them more than 4 business days to acknowledge receipt of funds! So their 1-2 business days turnaround time is just marketing BS and can’t be used as a benchmark!

When I called in to demand my funds back there was so much stalling and run around. So I complained to the country regulator and sent OFX a formal letter of demand to return my funds!

Deal with this black shop at your own risk! Caveat emptor!

Alvin Chia has been my relationship manager for over a period of 3 months and I would say he is prompt in response, there are times when he would reply my messages at midnight and give me rates that are competitive.
