The is the best pest control experience I ever had in London. Quickly solved my problem and there is a very diligent revisit to ensure the work. Oscar is extremely responsible, careful and helpful, he also spotted other potential problems during his revisit and provided professional advices. I highly recommend Oscar, and would call him again without a second thought. He dealt with our bed bug problem very thoroughly; we never saw them again after his first visit. But most importantly and valuably to us, he took the trouble to make repeat visits to make sure that the problem is solved, and we weren't left wondering.

If you've not had bed bugs before you might (like me) end up researching different types of treatment and agonising over which is best. My advice would be: find someone who will leave you in no doubt that they're gone. And that's Oscar. He's also a really lovely guy in person!

Oscar is a fantastic expert on all things rodent related! We’d had a persistent mouse problem and called Oscar who visited multiple times until one day they were no more! Oscar was incredibly committed, returning frequently after the initial insecticide treatment to monitor whether there were any signs of re-infestation - it felt like an unprecedented amount of attention that you wouldn't find anywhere else (standard services offer 2 visits over 6 weeks). Most importantly, there have been no signs of re-infestation since Oscar's work - he is clearly knowledgeable and effective!
