Oh Berlin-worst company I have ever dealt with. Booked an apt through them,which was cancelled less than 2 days before our arrival due to Oh Berlin double booking it. Owner of apt was v.embarrassed. Offered us a 2 bedroom apt (no good as 3 independent adults) and a shabby/hostel style 3 bed apt over an all night club the evening before we were arriving in Berlin.Ruined our whole trip to Berlin,plus huge extra costs. Oh Berlin were incompetent, unprofessional and arrogant. They also sent an email to me which clearly was a mistake as was from an other very unhappy client who it appears was having similar problems to us with booking.Would advise not to use this company if you want piece of mind with your booking. I have referred my serious complaint to my Solicitor as Oh Berlin were unresponsive and unwilling to compensate us for any of our losses. Worst travel company I have come across in over 30 years of travelling.

We loved our stay. Our host was there to meet us on arrival and came again the night before our departure. The apartment is relatively spacious and was the perfect size for our family of three. It is very close to a few restaurants where we ate one night and two supermarkets. Public transport is also close by and Potsdamer Place is a short walk. Only negative would be that the sofa bed is not so comfy.

I planned a trip to Berlin and looking for an appartment I ended up renting a nice place tot stay via Oh-Berlin. They were very helpful and the service in the proces of renting was perfectly organised. The appartment was perfect and also in Berlin the service was perfect !

After booking we received a lot of useful information about Berlin. We made a booking error, but this was changed quick and without additional cost. The appartment was as promised, large and light. It is unfortunate that the building doesn't have an elevator, but we knew that in advance. We had to pick up the keys at another location, about 1 km away. however, we could leave our luggage here until the appratment was ready (we arrived very early). The location was well connected with subway and bus. We had a very good stay in Berlin.

It was the most amazing and spactacular trip in my live.

I liked to be kept updated throughout the process receiving regular emails and ideas what to do in Berlin. The apartment that we booked was lovely, extremely central and we were warmly welcomed.
I can recommend Oh-Berlin, who gave us the feeling that they really cared from start to finish!!

Great apartment for a group to explore and relax in Berlin.

Hotels all full in Berlin for a trade show, I booked reluctantly, an apartment for the first time. The booking system was concise and the price was right. I was met at the property and had a guide tour of the apartment. A 2 night stay in the heart of Spandau was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Property was very clean, quality furnishing and the bed was brilliant. I cannot recommend this highly enough and would recommend this 100%.

I've used Oh-Berlin twice now. Both times they put me in touch with apartment owners who were very helpful and who had first class apartments for rental. The Oh-Berlin website is easy to use, informative and professional. It makes it simple to find a property in the location where you want, at a price you require and with the facilities you desire.

Now I've found Oh-Berlin, I will always use them if they have apartments in my intended destination.

Beautifully located one S-Bahn stop from Hbf Berlin and close to the U-Bahn and supermarket in a very quite neighbourhood and veru clean and comfortable. Ideal for accessing museums, theatres and restaurants. Shame about not taking credit cards.

We enjoyed our time at the very well appointed apartment so near the Tiergarten. The facilities were great and well managed with friendly people!

I all went as planned. Reliable. Flat a bit dark in daytime, otherwise quite satisfactory and sentral near U-bahn.

Oh-Berlin gave us "the full monty", not only the choice of accommodation, but helpful advice about its situation when I rang them. The background information was useful, supplementing our own research. We felt confident that all would be well and that we were dealing with an efficient company. We were not disappointed and I would recommend them as a first stop when planning a visit to Berlin.

I never met the owners, but they were very accommodating allowing me to collect the key, well before the standard check-in time. The apartment itself is a bit tired, and doesn't have much natural light. The furniture and beds are pretty basic - not hugely comfortable, but OK for a short stay. Basic kitchen facilities. Only one toilet roll provided!
The free wifi is very fast. The location is excellent and very close to the beautiful Viktoria Luisa Plaz.

Booked the place made contact got nothing back despite emails and phone calls back 0/10 complaiend via the web site they said I will get a refund still waiting for that to happen OH Berlin were copied into all the emails but never intervened o make sure I had a place to stay in Berlin went with [External Reference] insted they were much better

Excellent service from go to finish. Quick bookings and confirmation, excellent updztes etc prior to travel and payment reminders on time and saving time. Property in Berlin fantastic value. Central to everything. Key arrangements and directions first class. I could not be happier, the best accommodation agent used this 5 week triip to Europe. Well done!

Huge appartment very clean, good location. Great an helpful non imposing host.

My very enjoyable visit to Berlin was 7 nights in length and it was complimented by staying in this apartment located in the Mitte section of town. It was clearly just finished as it was clean, fresh and nicely appointed with modern furniture and paintings. Small kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and appliances (no oven though just stove), microwave and coffee maker. Clean bathroom (always a plus). Perfect place for a couple looking to spend time in Berlin. Close to food shopping for stocking the larder. Best feature was it was about 100 yards from the Bernaurer metro station, which is 3 short stops from the main transfer station Alexanderplatz, which greatly facilitated sight-seeing. Owner was very accommodating allowing early check-in and responsive replacing a broken toaster the same day. I give my experience with the owner and my stay in the apartment 5 stars out of 5.
