The donut bed is not as shown in the picture or advertised.

I enquired before purchasing to be told it was firm, this is not the case, I opened the bed let it fluff for hours and my dogs lay on it - (which i told the company). Now for that reason they will not refund - nor are they interested, the bed is not the quality was expecting as I had high hopes for this bed the inside part is higher than the sides and it sounds like a bean bag. I’m sure under the consumer act this is not correct as even if clothes are used there is still an obligation to customers

This purchase was a very expensive mistake. The bed lasted just over a week before my pup bit a hole in it and pulled out the stuffing. It’s extremely shoddy fabric - both the cover and the inner lining are thin and obviously not made to last. It is also loosely stuffed with some sort of artificial foamy material (hope it’s not poisonous) and so gives no support to a dog. It’s hard to believe that the reviews on their website are real. The seller refused to offer a refund - since they said they had made no claim that the bed was chew proof!
