I paid for a subscription to help me understand the features of Ohai and how it can help my family, and i encountered some weirdness like different color coding system for the calendar items depending on the Mobile or Desktop version. I scheduled a VIP support call with Robyn L, though she wasn't much help, she promised to get to support and email me back answers and resources, and a week later I have heard nothing. No resolution to the weird issues and I didn't find support resources too helpful. I decided to cancel my subscription and find a better solution. If their support does get back to me and answer my questions, I may update my review.
