Did not receive the product that was advertised. The nails don't harden as they said they would just overpriced stickers.

Very overpriced for the product received. Did not meet my expectations and when I asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Their website states you can try the product risk-free and your satisfaction is guaranteed. False advertising! Do NOT purchase from this company!

Unfortunatly too good to be true :
Loooong delivery time....gel nails packagings with no brand name on them AND looking nothing like the ones in the online shop, bad quality)....flimsy gadget UV lamp...complete waste of time & money for fingers-stickers really !

Very over priced for low quality products, the gel lamp is not a lamp it's a hand held cheap led light derived in a a bubble wrap package with marks and dents on packaging not high end like the claim avoid!!

Dit is geen echt bedrijf maar zijn mensen die je alleen maar geld aftroggelen door nagels te verkopen van zeer slechte chinese makelij.
Eerst moet je weken wachten voor ze leveren. Toen ze er waren moest ik vaststellen dat de kwaliteit desastreus was. De kleur rood is doorschijnend. Je kunt er doorkijken. Ze zijn dun en na 2 dagen brak er al een stuk af. Compleet waardeloos. Ik zou kunnen terugsturen want ik had 6 stuks gekocht maar ze zullen natuurlijk nooit terug betalen.
LAAT JE NIET VANGEN. OPLICHTERS.

Teleurstellend.

Na mijn bestelling bij Ohnaily.com kan ik me helaas helemaal vinden in de negatieve ervaringen die voorgaande kopers al hebben gedeeld. Mijn vertrouwen was snel verdwenen.

Verzending:
De levertijd was veel langer dan verwacht. Ik moest weken wachten, terwijl de producten als “premium” werden gepresenteerd. Dat klopt gewoon niet.

Kwaliteit:
Toen mijn bestelling eindelijk binnenkwam, voelde het alsof ik iets heel anders had gekregen dan wat de website beloofde. De producten ogen goedkoop, geen merk, geen herkenbare kwaliteit. Je ziet zo dat dit dezelfde spullen zijn die je bij budgetwebsites veel goedkoper kunt kopen. Zoals Shein, Ali express etc

Marketing vs. Realiteit:
De website ziet er professioneel uit en lijkt een mooi merk neer te zetten, maar wat je thuisgestuurd krijgt sluit daar totaal niet bij aan. Dat voelt misleidend.

Eindoordeel:
Heb het product nog niet geprobeerd maar ik denk mij geen Ohnaily meer. De prijs staat totaal niet in verhouding tot wat je ontvangt, en de wachttijd maakt het extra frustrerend. Ik raad het daarom niemand aan. Jammer dat ik hier geen foto van de producten kan plaatsten.

The markup Ohnaily applies is predatory, making their entire business model feel like a scam designed to deceive customers into thinking they are buying a unique or high-quality product.
3. Deceptive Marketing: The branding and presentation on the website suggest a cohesive, quality brand, but what you receive are loose items from various generic vendors.
Conclusion:
Save your money and your time. Do not fall for the deceptive marketing of Ohnaily.com. You will wait weeks for products that are of very poor quality and can be purchased elsewhere for far less. This company should be ashamed of scamming customers this way.
