Oilfast Avis

I just wanted to thank Carol and all the staff at Oilmaxx Raglan (Oilfast). I messaged on Sunday that I had run out of heating oil and Carol called me back on Sunday afternoon and arranged a delivery Monday morning. I have been with Oilmaxx for over 10 years and have always had fantastic service, I would highly recommend them

The Crieff and Forfar service is brilliant 5* all the way can't recommend them highly enough.

First time ordering heating oil. The arrangements were made efficiently by a very professional sounding gentleman.
The price was the best /cheapest, delivery was within 3 working days and the Driver was good with instructions and very friendly.
I cannot fault and will definitely be re-ordering. Thank you.

Great lady on reception, quick delivery. Best all over Scotland

Always competitive in prices for domestic fuel oil. Friendly office staff who are always happy to help with any queries and return your call promptly.
A great 'local' company.

Helpful office staff and courteous delivery drivers all from the Inverness depot. Never have to wait any time for oil to be delivered and on occasions I have received it on the same day as ordering it. Excellent service

Just an all round great service never ever had a problem and Theresa is fantastic.

Always great customer service from calling to order to delivery.

This is the first property we’ve had that requires heating oil, so a learning curve, but oilfast we’re very helpful, we’ll definitely be using them again

Whilst not always the cheapest Oilfast try to give as good a price as they can and no one catch match their unbeatable reliable customer service and delivery.

Great company

Amazing company and the cheapest option 👌prompt delivery service &customers service all the team 110%

I have been buying my heating oil from Oilfast, Oban depot, for over 3 years and have always received excellent service

We have only recently moved into our new home and it was recommended that we use Oilfast for our Kerosene. On contacting Gaynor in the Insch office we then placed an order which was delivered promptly and liked the fact that we did not need to be at home and the delivery note was popped through the letterbox with a copy of the paid invoice to follow for our records.

I have been buying my oil from Oilfast for quite a few years now.I Have always found them to be helpful and efficient. They have never let me down and always give a competative price. I do always phone around toother oils suppliers but their price has never been beaten. The delivery drivers are also always pleasant and very helpful. A super company to do business with.

Always arrives the day before anticipated date, always prompt and exceptionally polite employee both when ordering from my Inverness depot and also the delivery driver.

There had been a departure of the person who managed client relationships with me and probably others. There was an information vacuum but as soon as I called Simona stepped up and answered every question and arranged for my delivery in short order.

I was able to call the depot nearest to East Kilbride and discuss my requirements as a first time buyer. The system was explained and I was able to call back the following day to increase my order.

Excellent company, usually fast delivery and very pleasant drivers who deliver the oil to my home

I have used Oilfast as my Heating Oil supplier for sometime now, during that time I can say I have had no problems whatsoever. My local depot is Forfar, the staff are very professional, friendly including the delivery drivers, very helpful, friendly and polite. The cost per litre is always very competitive and if you need it in a hurry, no problem. No hesitation at all giving Oilfast 5 Stars. Keep up the good work.
