One of two Outlets, this store sits not far from the historic town of Abingdon and the prestigious city of Oxford. The store is located in the same building as our warehouse, so you can expect to find a selection of limited edition and ex-display pieces and seconds (many of which are in perfect condition) as well as end-of-line items and sample pieces.

Oka service - Above and beyond
I took delivery of my beautiful blood orange Stafford chairs, the 2 delivery guys “Brad and Lee” were amazing, friendly, and polite a true representation of a great service. They both took extra care in my property while moving around furniture and removed all the packaging so there was no hassle for me or my partner. Well done OKA I love them.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT
What a pleasure and a delight dealing with OKA DIRECT LTD DIDCOT, Annabelle in Customer Support went out of her way to assist with helping me with a refund even taking the time and trouble to telephone me on the morning she was attending a colleagues funeral. Without her help I had imagined many phone calls with their customer support, but Annabelle sorted my refund in less than 24 hours. Thank you Annabelle.

Very good service and outstanding products
I recently purchased some items in Didcot outlet, I was very satisfied with the assortment and with very attractive prices.
The personnel was very kind and able to advise on every product with all the details I requested.
I asked my purchase to be delivered to a store close to my place and my request was satisfied in a day. The store promptly advised about the arrival of my parcel.
Everyone was extremely polite and very efficient.
My shopping experience was extremely positive.
On top, the quality of the product I purchased is very high and I am very happy about mu choise.

Cracking customer service
Sammy in the outlet store not only helped source the dining chairs we had on order via Oka (but with a 16 week lead time) but went above an beyond with sending images, helping arrange delivery. Wish we had discovered the outlet and Sammy before now!

We travelled from Cheshire to the…
We travelled from Cheshire to the Didcot store to source several specific items for a project we’re working on.
The service we received was phenomenal. Sammy was a joy to work with and personifies excellent customer service.
We spoke several times on the phone and emailed prior to visiting and her product knowledge was impeccable - nothing was too much to ask.
She is an excellent ambassador for OKA and we can’t wait to visit again. We can highly recommend visiting this store!
