Our flagship Midlands store is situated in the leafy suburbs of Birmingham, not far from international sporting favourites Edgbaston Cricket Club and the Priory Tennis Club. The red brick façade of the converted Victorian properties offers an impressive entrance, with large bay windows providing streams of natural light into the open plan ground floor and the two floors above.

Have always been browsing through the store for a while now but was ready to start buying stuff to decorate our home after the refurbishment. Went in to the Edgbaston Oka store to find a few things I liked. Unfortunately, they only had one of the 3 pendant lights that I liked. I went to enquire and met Jason who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ring all stores to find stock and ultimately helped me get what I wanted. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you so much Jason. Will definitely be visiting more often. Highly recommend !!

Love going to this store the staff are always so helpful and friendly. In particular Helena is very helpful I was looking for a particular footstool and mentioned if it ever went on sale pls let me know….i didn’t think it would ever go on sale…. Helena made a real effort to let me know when it went on sale and I ended up buying two! Def an inspiring place for ideas and beautiful pieces for the home!

A visit to the Birmingham store
This was our first visit to the Birmingham store, and it was worth the visit. It is so helpful being able to see all of the products and get a real sense of how they would look in the home. The store had a lovely ambiance and the products were beautifully displayed. A big thank you for Jason, who helped us with our purchases. He showed great product knowledge and understanding, really appreciated the attention.

The Edgbaston shop is excellent
The Edgbaston shop is excellent - and our preferred location. The shop is well stocked and laid out. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Herpal in particular is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have purchased many products from Oka over the years. Having recently moved from Yorkshire back to Birmingham our local store is now Edgbaston. Excellent service from all the staff. Consistently helpful, going above and beyond in advising on product options, availability etc and making appropriate suggestions where we were unable to match our exact requirements. Efficient and attentive to detail in terms of delivery/collection.
