Zoe was absolutely fantastic!
Zoe was absolutely fantastic!! She delivered an exceptional and very professional service. She understood exactly what I needed and has a GREAT eye for detail. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! I definitely look forward to working with her in the future and over the moon with my purchases. The rest of the staff in the Harrogate store were warm, kind, friendly and very welcoming! After the lack of customer service and after sales experience, the companies reputation has been saved by the actions of Fleur from the Oka Harrogate store.

All the staff were both helpful and…
All the staff were both helpful and knowledgable. Emma in particular was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me choose a beautiful rug and a rechargeable lamp with a silk shade. In addition she organised items in the sale from elsewhere which subsequently was delivered to Harrogate so I could collect them rather than paying charges for delivery.

I love the products however it seems…
I love the products however it seems that nothing is actually available to buy. I ordered a rug, some lamp bases and pictures last year, was told there would be a 3 month wait, but I would get them before Xmas. Didn’t get delivery until January.
I’ve just ordered some faux greenery on line - as the stock in my local showroom was very limited - won’t be available until the end of September? Quite bizarre.
My local store is usually a great source of inspiration and full of stock, but last week the store looked empty. Don’t get me wrong, lots of things to look at but none of the sumptuous displays that we normally see.
