In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. High ceilings and traditional mouldings showcase our designs in the best possible setting with the pieces being displayed in seasonal room sets by our talented visual team.

We had a gift voucher for £500
We spent £454 but some of the items we wanted were not in stock so we had to wait for them to come into stock. They came into stock after our voucher date passed so we were not able to redeem the full voucher. How pathetic !!

The voucher you used was issued as part of our “Spend More, Save More” promotion, which included a clearly defined redemption period set out in the terms and conditions of the offer. These vouchers were valid only during that promotional window and, as stated, could not be extended or reissued once expired.
We understand it can be disappointing if an item becomes available after a promotion has ended; however, as this was a time-limited offer, we are unable to honour the voucher beyond its expiry date. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.

Great products, hassle free purchase
Rang Knutsford store, answered promptly by polite assistant who confirmed that the items I wanted were in stock. Arranged to collect, all packaged and ready for me on arrival, helped to carry them to my car. Been a fan and regular purchaser of OKA goods for years, always great quality.

Really great experience at Oka Knutsford, delighted with our purchase! Laura made the whole visit a pleasure and was super knowledgeable and accommodating (and patient) helping us decide on pictures and lamps for our fireside alcoves. Beautiful with lovely staff. We will be back.

I haven't been in OKA for quite some time and found the layout not nearly as pleasing Those fabrics look awful and no shelves with attractive gift alternatives
Also staff not very warm and welcoming as previously Perhsps having a bad day !!

Item badly packaged - arrived damaged and wet. Poor followup by Knutsford staff. Told to return the item myself. Knutsford staff should have training from May - manager of Redbrick.

A shopping experience to cheer you up!
It's a wonderful experience simply walking into an OKA store. You step into a world of luxury and relaxation. The furniture, the lamps, the cushions, rugs, throws, tableware - simply everything! - are superb. If my home was big enough, I'd buy everything! But most of all, the amazing staff. So helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Who trains these people? It most stores today it seems that customers are almost seen an inconvenience. But when you walk into a OKA store, the staff treat you like a visiting guest for the weekend. I can't wait for my next visit.
