Disappointment awaits
This was my first time ordering. I placed the order on 4/5. Found the shipping seemed excessive, but first time ordering, willing to give a chance. After 9 days (6 business days) I emailed to get status and was advised delays due to high volume. They sent a review form and I commented shipping was excessive and they contacted and refunded about $5.00 in shipping from the $13.00 initially charged. Now another week has gone by and the fabric has not shipped, but HAS been paid for. Really unimpressed by this experience. Customer service was pleasant but generic.
I would like my money refunded and sadly will not be back. Not a great experience with first and sadly last order.

My fabric just arrived
My fabric just arrived. It is so soft (double brushed poly). It is thinner than what I expected but still very nice and the colors are bright and vivid. This is my first time ordering.

Wonderful fabric!
My order of three knit fabrics arrived today. I am beyond happy with the quality of these fabrics! I was thinking that I would have to stop sewing for myself since I could not find affordable quality fabrics online. But, thanks to Olga, I'm looking forward to sewing again. I highly recommend this shop!

1. Shipping is free after $60
2. The fabric I ordered all seems good quality ( I haven’t had the privilege of sewing any of it yet, but I’ve been purchasing and sewing fabric regularly for 20 years, and I’m a picky person, and I know what I’m looking at!)
3. The turnaround time was quick

So lucky to have come across Olga's Closet. Great high quality fabrics and very affordable. Her exclusive prints are the best I have ever seen. She has a great variety of fabrics.
