We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back to Greece again soon.
Fantastic service
From start to finish our experience with Olive Villa Rentals was top notch. The villa we identified was quickly secured (and miraculously at a discount) and I was able to have conversations with the very helpful representative (Nantia) regarding details of location, features, beaches etc. On arrival the villa far exceeded our expectations - quite beautiful with breathtaking views, managed by a really wonderful lady (Alona) who was there for our every need. Would highly recommend. Hope to be returning next year!

bad customer experience
bad customer experience. We rented Villa Raffaela, with price of > 5000 eur/ night, instead of the Chef cervice received 2-3* cook for average dinners and breakfasts. Morever, the last day glass doors exploded in the shower and injured one of the guests and Olive rentals 5 min after accident claimed a fine instead of providing support. Clients is below anything to them, fast cash is the goal, advice is to avoid the company.

We are genuinely sorry that your stay ended with such an unfortunate incident, and we sincerely hope that the injured guest made a full recovery.
However, we feel it is important to clarify a few points. Following the accident, our team's immediate priority was to ensure that the guest received the appropriate support and to remain in close communication with both you and the villa staff throughout the situation.
The discussion regarding the security deposit took place separately, after the stay, following the property owner's damage assessment and in accordance with the rental terms agreed prior to arrival. It was never connected to the assistance provided after the incident.
We also regret that, during this discussion, we were informed that a negative public review would be posted unless the full security deposit was returned. While every guest is fully entitled to share their honest experience, we cannot allow public reviews to influence the fair and consistent application of our policies.
At Olive Villa Rentals, we remain committed to providing transparent, professional service and supporting our guests before, during and after every stay.
Total perfection
I cannot say enough about just how much we enjoyed our time at Villa Felicia!
The property is immaculate and perfectly accommodated our large family plus friends. We all fell in love with the house! Each double or twin room was spacious, superbly appointed, beautiful decorated and each had its own en-suite bathroom so no need for teenagers to share/argue!
The walled garden was a quiet, private and lush oasis with plants and flowers spilling over the walls. The pool was beautifully kept and felt like an amazing secret kept hidden behind the walls.
One of our guests had to work whilst there and found the quiet office space off the sitting room an excellent space. It is also worth saying that WiFi connection worked perfectly across the entire property.
Voula came to clean every day, she was immensely helpful and a fountain of information. We were also lucky enough to meet the delightful owner of the property who was round in minutes when we had a minor problem with a loo cistern not filling!
The house is set in the perfect location. 3 minutes from the bakery and supermarket, 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants. The younger kids could walk safely to browse the shops and the older ones could wander to the bars in the evening.
The selection of restaurants within 15 mins walk was amazing! We ate like kings!!
We loved Villa Felicia and could not have asked for more or felt more at home! I would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Villa on Tinos
Villa Delia near Panormos Bay was absolutely beautiful. The terrace with seaviews all around was the highlight of our trip to Greece. The house was in terrific shape and the owner was so friendly and welcoming, helping us whenever we needed it. All the rooms have a sea view. We loved being able to walk to Panormos for dinner. Pyrgos, also close by, was our favorite town on Tinos. The villa is very private and allows for plenty of relaxation if you want to enjoy the pool and outdoors. We would love to use Oliva Villa Rentals again. Working with the agency was a real pleasure. Tinos was our favorite place during our recent trip to Greece.

Poor level of Professional Service
Poor level of Professional Service. Contrary to the 12 reviews posted on other websites, the agents do not pay attention to the details, nor listen to the needs and requests made.

This is a malicious review from an unknown person who has never been a customer nor a business partner of Olive Villa Rentals.
This person created a fake account and posted 1 harmful review for our business, and has not posted any other reviews for any other business ever since (it has been more than a year).
This is clearly done on purpose to harm the reputation of our business. All other genuine reviews from our happy customers (Google, Trustpilot etc) prove the point.
