Thanks for this company, catchy designs I ordered 3 pcs of rings. After just 3 days I have been waiting, I can only say nice rings here are the best. Looking so feminine. I only ordered in a company that fast shipping or items, and its here. Everything is perfect and smooth
The unique style and designs are what i love about them, I currently buy a silvr necklace and i so loved it very much. I also like the packaging, all is awesome, I could give you always 5 stars for your job for shipping on timely
I really like the tiny pieces of pearl in the ring, so classy and so elegent. Lucky that Ii have the right sizing, thanks for the customer service, they helped me a lot so I can get the right fit. Super fast shipping time
Absolutely disgraceful, sent me the wrong ring and refused to send me the correct. I could send my one back or give me a 20% discount off my next buy. This was only after 10 emails. Before that I sent pictures comparing mine and the one I ordered… clearly showing they were completely different rings, their response was that it was the same ring, but it might just feel different. Would never buy from them again. Just disgraceful.
Super happy with my first purchase on your company, customer support is nice. they never let me down. The shipping time is just right, not so long timeframe. I will highly recommended this company because its worth it.
Very very poor quality and impossible to return!
I have ordered a chain with the pendant that looked really nice on their website. It took ages to arrive, and when it did, wow, the quality was awful! It feels like it is made out of tin, very light, and the coating was already rubbing off the chain links.
I asked to return, got the longest email that told me to fill out the most ridiculous form to provide full order details, order date, payment method used, screenshots of bank account confirmation, screenshots of email order confirmation, and a ridiculous amount of things that I never had to do for a return before. I did it anyway and got an email back saying that I can return the item to their China manufacturer at my own cost and will need to provide a ton of other information and photos, and after they receive it, 2-3 weeks later, they will assess if I am eligible for the refund, and that is a maybe! Or I can keep it, and they will give me 50% off, but only in-store credit! Such a scam!!!
Do not fall for the attractive sale offer on their website. My item was discounted from £70 to £30. Well, it is not worth even 5. Even my daughters said that it is something they would buy on Shein for 10p. It is awful.
You can tell some difference in quality when wearing them, and I’m fairly satisfied with this purchase, even if it’s not outstanding.
Fake jewellery. Fake. Looks nothing like the picture and the moonstone is fake.
I’ve ordered quite a few pieces now and most times they arrive quickly and well packed. The items look nice overall, though the quality isn’t always as consistent as expected.
found this place later than i wouldve liked honestly. but better late than never i suppose. the pieces are handcrafted and genuinely one of a kind 🤷♀️
