If I could score 0 I would. Absolute SCAM. Do not order from these people. I made an order September last year, it’s now February 2026 and I haven’t received my order NOR a refund. It’s disgusting. They need to be shut down.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is a scam. Complete waste of time and money. For months I’ve been going back and forth about a dress that arrives. Shocking quality and completely wrong sizing. Refusing to help out at all.

I ordered my dress on the 24th November and delivery process is 3-8 days after order is processed. My order got delivered on the 27th December- so do not order it required for a certain date.
I requested a refund, and on their website it said refund and no hassle. I was having to pay £25-£35 to send it back and they take a 15% re stocking fee, so you gain no money back after having to send it back.
Another issue is the quality is awful , not fitted like shown the photos.
I will never be ordering again due to all the above reasons.

Never order from here, I was told the item would arrive between 3-5 working days, this took a month to arrive, when I tried to cancel the order due to the delay from the company’s end this was approved then shortly after declined so I was falsified information that I would receive a full refund but I did not. The item arrived a month later, shocking quality, no tags, thin material and not at all true to size. When I went to process the return the company advised me that the return would cost me £25-£35 so more than the dress itself and that I wouldn’t get anywhere if I contacted my bank for a refund. Since then I have not heard anything back from the business! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I made an order through Apple Pay rather than creating an account, my error completely as I felt there was then no tracking. The website went down and the email wasn't working however when I found their instagram, they had posted they were having issues. I messaged them on instagram with my worries and that I was worried my dress wouldn't turn up on time. The response I received was unbelievably kind, they let me know they were having difficulties but were working on my order however as it was still in the early stages so they would be happy to refund me if I preferred. I went ahead with the refund which they processed so quickly and our back and forth conversation, to have with a clothing company, was genuinely one of the kindest. I dealt with Hazel who was incredible. It's safe to say I will be looking to order in the future.

If i could give less stars i would. Scammers! Ordered two dresses almost 2 weeks ago, no updates or deliveries. I can no longer access their website, emails bounce back and there is no way to get my money back. Absolutely shocking how they can get away with this.

Do not buy from this company it’s a huge scam. I bought a coat that is basically made of felt my nephew could make at nursery. Charging extortionate prices. On their website it states easy returns with no hassle and then they make you take photos of the item, the package it came in and a hand written note too. They then come back and say it’s a £25-£35 package return to Asia with a further 15% reduction on return. I don’t usually fall for this kind of stuff and I certainly will never be buying for them again.

Scammers! Why people are doing these kind of scam businesses to put customers in trouble? What they gain from it? They just want money. I could have looked for reviews before ordering. They blocked my email once I told them I want a refund. Very Poor quality material. No telephone number or no way to contact them or complain. Total waste of my money.

Still waiting for my order placed on 11th November 2025.

Blocked me on their insta after i commented about people needing to go through their banks to claim loss funds. Website is completely down. Their support emails bounce back. AVOID!!

Scam. Do not order. Paid for item, constant excuses, never turned up and now cant contact. Emails bounce back, cant access website. No telephone number, only contact via email and now this bounces back. Lost money and no recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a very disappointing experience with Olivia & Hazel and want to warn other customers about their return policy and customer service.

I bought an item online and decided to return it. The item was unused, in perfect condition, and not faulty, yet instead of offering a normal refund, they only offered me a 15–20% partial refund, meaning they keep most of your money even if you return the item exactly as received.

To make matters worse, they require customers to send returns back to a warehouse in China, even though the website appears to be UK-based. The return shipping cost was quoted at £30–£35, which is almost as much as the item itself. This is never made clear before purchasing and makes proper returns practically impossible.

Their customer service was also extremely poor. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. Rather than resolving the issue fairly, they repeatedly insisted on the small partial-refund offer and ignored the usual consumer rights that apply to online purchases.

Overall, my experience with Olivia & Hazel was frustrating from start to finish. Between the unexpected China return address, the £30–£35 return cost, their 15–20% partial refund policy, and the unhelpful customer service, I would not recommend shopping with them. Definitely check their policies carefully before placing an order.

myself and my friend bought a trench coat on here got advertised on instagram when we received the coats after ages the quality is not what was as described AT ALL!

I placed an order but was unable to proceed. I contacted Hazel via email and she gave me a full refund with no questions asked. She even provided a discount code for next time I shop on their website.

I had a dress come with a massive rip in it. I asked for a refund and they gave me 2 options.
Option A (fast + hassle-free):

I’ll send you a brand-new replacement of the same dress and have it
quality-checked before it leaves us, plus a 10% refund back to your
original payment method for the trouble. You don’t need to send the
faulty one back — I’d rather save you the time and hassle.
or
If you’d still prefer a refund instead of a replacement, I can arrange
that as soon as the dress reaches our returns hub. This route can take
a little longer end-to-end, which is why most customers in your
position choose Option A.

I truly want you to feel looked after here, Aimee. If Option A works,
I’ll get everything moving immediately and send a confirmation as soon
as it’s booked.
With this i chose option A. Which i proceed on the 3rd of October!!! It is now 10th of november and no sight of the dress to be replaced.
So untrustworthy! Will not be purchasing again.

I followed the link to this website through Tik Tok as the jacket looked unreal on. After reading that returns were hassle free and you were given a 14 day period to return them I thought why not. I mistakenly purchased two sizes and it took 2/3 weeks to arrive which immediately made me concerned. (Ali Express, Temu, Shein etc take this long to arrive)

My concern was validated when the items finally arrived and were HORRENDOUS quality. Nothing like the images on the website and they’re cheeky for charging such an extortionate price for them. Shein genuinely provide better quality.

I’ve now read you need to pay £20/30 per item to return so I would be losing all money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
