Purchased a set of lights from Amazon a couple of years ago, they were really lovely and we were very pleased with them. A couple of months ago my husband broke them so I ordered a new set, when they arrived I could not make them work, I contacted the Ollney customer service team and they replied quickly giving advice on a possible solution. When this did not work they kindly offered to replace the lights and they arrived within a few days. Very pleased with the customer support. Excellent service.

I bought Ollny 66 ft light set for the deck railings. The set is beautiful when lit no matter what color mode you use. I have set on the 6 hour timer which is a great feature. Great product and company that stands behind their product. The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with one string of lights and they told me they were out of stock but when they got more they would replace it. AND THEY DID! All while being polite and understanding. I recommend them and the products they sell. 5 stars

I purchased a 400 LED light set with remote in December 2024. I tried to use the remote control in July 2025, but it wouldn’t work. I contacted Ollny’s customer service. They worked through several suggested solutions but none worked. Within days they sent me a replacement remote control, and everything worked great. Excellent customer service.

Orders a solar 200 led light cluster it arrivesed prpmpty worked well for a day or so then stopped .i contacted customer support they were helpful offered advice when that didn’t resolve promptly replaced unit new one arrived very quickly working well to date great product good service would use again .

I ordered 3 outside lights through amazon, great and looked exactly like the photos. I had an issue with one light, the company emailed me back within a few hours with some tips, and then quickly replaced them with no issues. Would order from them again

I ordered three sets of outdoor waterproof lights, and all of them, but one worked fine. The one I did have a problem with when I contacted the company. They were more than happy to take care of it and did it extremely promptly. They were willing to do whatever I need to make it right no questions asked I would definitely use this company again knowing that if a product failed, they stand behind it. I totally endorse this company. Great job!

The first set of lights quickly had condensation inside of them. I emailed Ollny and Jessica emailed me back almost immediately and organised a replacement. Absolutely top class customer service. The replacement lights are working great so far and look fantastic. Will definitely use Ollny again.

Unfourtunately our lights did not function any more after a few months of Isabel. After a short Mail sent to Ollny I received an immediate response and their offer to replace the lights. One week later we received the replacement.

The first set of lights unfortunately did not work fully but the company were brilliant. They answered my email immediately and and a new box turned up within 3 days.
They are up and so far work perfectly and more importantly look fantastic.
The 8 different settings of the led lights and the ease to the remote control set this apart from the run of the mill standard garden solar lights.
