I ordered a childs play desk for my grandson in December and never received it and can’t get them to answer any emails total scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS, my aunt who is a pensioner bought 2 drive consoles from this so called company nearly 3 weeks ago , only contact for them is email which we have done and yes we get a reply from Alexander R saying they are on the way but still no joy in receiving them , asked for refund told my aunt yes be with you in 7 days and still nothing , a few reviews are left by these people BUT ITS A BIG SCAM , do not buy from these people as they will take your money and you won’t receive your items

Ordered mirror on November 1st and up until now it hasn’t arrived. No updates on tracking or that I even purchased anything. Definitely a scam website, I should have known better…AVOID!

If i could rate 0 I would. This is a SCAM site. I have thoroughly looked into this and the other reviews on here are fake (from themselves- Ollunu), barring the lady who has stated about her parcel not arriving either. I have had the same issue. Only when I told them I am reporting them did they respond and say the shipment is running late due to increase in demand and said I should have it within a couple of days, and if not, then to contact them again. I did juat that and then they stated was refunding me, still no refund, and the parcel still states dispatched, but no further tracking process. I have contacted them again to see whether I was receiving a refund as a good will gesture and receiving the items and I have had no response whatsoever. The person I seem to always speak to was called ALEXANDER!!
