Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! The cocoon dog bed was a bit too small (my error) and the company had contacted me to work out a great solution and shipped a larger bed all in the same day.
This is a good quality bed. I am happy to have spent the money.
I sleep hot so my dog is freezing most of the night and her restlessness keeps me awake. I am looking forward to sleeping through the night!

Wonderful Customer Support & Great Product

I purchased the dog bed. It said it had been delivered, but never did arrive at my house. I contacted customer support and their response was immediately. They gave me the info I needed to contact USPS to see what happened to my package. While I was waiting to hear back from USPS, Emily checked in on me via email a couple times to see if she could help me in any way. Her concern for my situation was such a breath of fresh air. USPS did find the package and had it delivered about 2 weeks after they said it was delivered. BUT, at least it was delivered. I emailed Emily back to let her know I was able to get my dog bed and my dog already loved it. Great job on customer support and the dog bed is awesome! Thank you Emily for all you did for me!!!

Stellar Customer Service

The bed is so well made. When I opened it though, it was so much smaller than I envisioned. I would have ordered a size larger...so I contacted support. They sent me a new, larger bed and I just paid the difference between the sizes. I thought this was pretty stellar customer service. It did take a bit to arrive, but that's fine. A dog bed isn't normally an emergency.

At the beginning, I was disappointed by the lateness of the delivery, just 3 days short of a month since orderiing. But, the company customer service agent, Emily, was so kind to keep contact with me about it. When it didn't arrive as expected, I was offered the same petbed and toy I had ordered and they would send it express delivery with no cost to me. I accepted that offer, and the delivery was just a couple days later, exactly what I had wanted. She was the best service agent I have communicated with, always kind, respectful, and always prompt to answer my emails. I love the products, my dog loves them too. I recommend the products they sale, and I recomment you talk with EMILY if you have problems. She was a treasure.

Horrible

Horrible, do not buy from them. When I contacted them for a return/refund because my dog didn't like to use the bed, I was told that I had to pay to return it to Germany. I live in the US and every indication on their website was that this was a US based company. The address listed on the website is a US address, the website is a .com website in English, and nowhere in the listed policies on the website does it indicate otherwise. I write negative reviews extremely rarely, but this situation is exceptional as I've never encountered this with any other online order before. It is very misleading to require returns to be shipped to another country without indicating this prior to an order being placed. Shame on them!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Order has not arrivd and it’s going on 2 months since placed. They refuse to give me my money back and bribed me to take down bad review in order to it then said I’d have to also cancel my case with the bank too as that’s the recourse I’m now taking. I said issue the credit and the case will be closed. They refused. A lot of wasted time and games/untruths. Never recd product and many strange emails for 2 mos saying will be arriving soon. They still have my $ and I have about 4 hrs in now trying to get it back.

Exceptional experience and a great product!

I had an exceptional experience. My spoilt puppies did not like the bed I purchased and would not go in it!! I requested a return. I had an almost immediate response to rectify the situation. Olvys supplied an alternative option at no further cost which my puppies love❤️. I was able to donate the original version to the RSPCA which was Olvys suggestion. The alternate bed is excellent quality and I can only highly recommend this company, given my experience. The product is also great🐾🐾. Thank you Olvys.

Its a scam!

I ordered and it said dispatched but the tracking number does not work on yodel and although the website says delivered it has not been. I jave messaged and emailed them 8 times and no reply. This company is a scam, do not order!

We have replied to every message we received from you and provided your tracking details each time. According to the courier’s tracking and delivery notes, a delivery attempt was made and, because you were not available, the parcel was left with a neighbor. The courier records indicate you were notified of this, and we also shared the same information (incl. screenshots) with you in our replies, but we never received a response from you afterwards.

We’d also like to note that a chargeback has been opened on this order with the reason “product unacceptable.” This reason typically indicates the parcel was received, which appears to conflict with the claim that nothing was delivered. We completely understand disputes can be raised for different reasons, but we want to ensure the correct facts are reflected.

Either way, we are happy to help resolve any remaining concerns. If you still can’t locate the parcel, we can provide the courier’s proof of delivery/delivery notes and open a formal investigation with the courier on your behalf. Please reply to our most recent email and we will take care of this immediately.
