All the 5 star reviews are strange 😕 i think the same person is writing them they dont make sense 🤔

REALLY SHOULD OF DONE MY RESEARCH ON THIS SITE!!!

Two days ago I made an account with Olympusplay.com

Depositing was okay but didn't recieve the bonus I opted in for... BIG RED FLAG ALREADY, I was winning up to like £420 and like always lost my profit down to £211, so I wanted to withdraw my money but they're a bunch of crafty scumbags.

I go to withdraw but I couldn't because I needed to verify the account.. so I try verifying, low and behold the verification tool doesn't work in the way it should do.

I get on to a chat with someone and I went around and around in circles being told to try again and again, change angles of the picture etc etc. I needed to select driver license but the links they send you are dead in the way they work, so now I'm not able to withdraw my money because I can't verify my account!

They're fraudulent and know it... every single other site I've ever been on have been amazing, quick, helpful and get the problem sorted 👌 YOUR CAN'T EVEN RING THESE RATS EITHER THESE! These people are lower than low and get away with it!

I don't know if there is any help with any problem on this site because no matter what I've researched or looked for doesn't exist!

There's got to be a way of getting your money back and shutting these scammers down quickly!

Otherwise it just goes to show that this world is just getting worse and worse every single day.

All those good reviews are absolute rubbish! I deposited in February and also made a withdrawal which I still haven’t received yet. Live chat just give excuses of why I haven’t received my money yet. Not getting my hopes up of receiving it at all! I also had fraudulent transactions come out of my bank account after depositing. This casino site is a scam!

Don’t believe the good reviews; I withdrew 27 October, still not processed. Keep getting excuses; technical issue.. have patience

Avoid this site I won £1000 over 5 weeks ago and have not received it. Live help are rude and cut you off when you ask when it wil be paid now stating it can take to 90 days. Scam fradulent site.

Edit: i just came to add to this that I still haven’t received a penny and still get the same old reply’s. What can we actully do about this?? And why is the site still allowed to operate… this is actually insane really?

I’m currently in the process of withdrawing £900… it’s been 6 days and I’m being told it can take between 7-21 days.. which is ridiculous.

Is there anyone out there who actually received their money?? If so how long did it take and what steps did you take to receive it?

I am going to stay on their case about this.

The worst casino ever with worst customer support. They are merciless and have no empathy for their customer.
Won more than. 100 on NARCOS game on a sticky feature but due to a glitch the feature was stuck but then by I have already woke more than 100 on 80 p per spin.
Spoke with customer support offered me 20 credit on 2 ocassions I denied straight away because I have wine more than 100 already so aske med to complaint on email and k did and no reply so chatted with customer support on 7-8 times and said the error was on my side , what a moron Iam playing their site and the glitch happens in their game and it’s customers fault???
Afeyr chasing for 8-9 times finally agreed to accept 20 with a heavy heart but now they won’t even offer that small 20 credit’

An awful scam site. Those companies that consolidate comparisons and provide "independent" reviews as to how great the site is, (askgamblers et al), should be banned from business activitry.
