It was packaged incredibly well to avoid damage to it during shipping. This door was well worth what I paid for it and it’s made out of metal that is actually going to last instead of the cheap plastic that most pet doors use! I am so excited to use this in a catio we are building!

I love my doggie door! The Omniapaws dog door exceeded my expectations. The flap closes quietly, keeps the heat out in summer and cold out in winter, and stands up to constant use. My dogs love the independence, and I love it even more! Truly worth every dime!

Replaced an old battered security boss door that lasted through multiple dog lives. Upgraded to the piano hinge version so hopefully I will be replacing flaps less often. Install is so easy with great fit and finish

New house and haven’t got to put it in yet but can’t wait from what I it’s going to be great. Have to cut opening thru concrete wall hope it goes well

Shipping was an outrageous price for the amount of time it took and the quality of the shipment. Over 10 business days and a stapled and taped box for $25 was a rip off... flat rate boxes are better than that. I did not need to spend over $150 to get the free shipping. $106 was plenty of money for me to spend as it was.

I ordered from your company upon recommendation from a guy who I called to fix my existing patio door screen. I had installed a less expensive door that I ordered on Amazon. It was fine until the constant swinging finally ripped the screen. Your door has a reinforcement bar on three sides and is reusable if I have to repair my screen again. My other dog door was not reusable. So far, the OmniaPaws door has worked great and is definitely more sturdy than the last door I had. My Betty, a French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix, loves going in and out and often flies through the door if she thinks she's missing out on food. The constant flapping hasn't affected the integrity of the door at all. It was easy to train her and we both love it. I'm thankful that my screen repair person recommended you! This is a great product.

Love the dog door. Wasn't sure about the double flap but got it due to weather. Glad I did as it really seals the door and my dogs, who were used to a single flap, had no problem getting used to the double. Looks great once installed and the carpet supplied just adds that perfect touch of perfection on the look of the door installed!

Working with omniapaws to get these insulated dog doors was a breeze. There was a single missing piece in one hardware kit and they sent me another full hardware kit when I reached out about the missing piece. The door have worked great for my indoor/outdoor kennel set up for my training business. They heat fluctuation seem to be controlled better compared to just leaving gaping holes through the building.
