Subscription Nightmare
I didn't care for the taste of the gummies and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel my subscription. I emailed them asking them to cancel it and they asked me why I was canceling and I told them. No other correspondence. Another shipment arrived. I told them I am not paying for this one. They emailed me instructions for canceling myself and I have tried several times but the page reloads and doesn't let me click cancel. I am very frustrated with this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. OMNI subscriptions can be managed at any time through the customer portal, including the option to skip, pause, change the delivery schedule, or cancel. We also provide instructions and account access so customers can make these changes directly.
Our team also responded with the steps needed to manage the subscription. If there was a technical issue while using the portal, we’re always available to help, but the cancellation option itself is available to customers at any time.

Trap subscription, nasty taste, worst customer service!
I ordered the creatine gummies and the taste/consistency was nasty. I tried to manage and take them anyways but it’s too chalky. The worse disappointment was when I received two more pouches on the mail!!! I reached out to customer service who was useless than started to process to return it but I would only get $31 from to pouches that I paid more than $80 for. I never opened the 2nd shipment bc I was determined to return it, but this company is literately stealing!

We want to clarify a few points here. OMNI subscriptions are disclosed at checkout and can be managed at any time through the customer portal, including skipping, pausing, changing the delivery schedule, or cancelling before the next order processes.
Returns are also handled according to the return eligibility shown for each order. The amount displayed in the return portal is based on the items and order being submitted, not an arbitrary deduction by our team.
We’re always happy to review an order if something doesn’t look right.

buyers beware!!
I too have had issues with my return. I purchased 2 pouches under the first order guarantee. I did not like the product. I went to their portal to make the return. I returned the empty pouch and the unopened full pouch- I was only refunded for 1/2 my order. Then, I tried to cancel my subscription (which I did not know I had agreed to) and they ended up sending me two more pouches. Again I went to return the two unopened pouches (on my dime and time) and it appears I only will be refunded for 1 of the pouches. I have tried to reach out to customer support several times- they keep sending me pat answers that do not answer my question as to why I am not getting a full refund for the return of both unopened pouches. This is very frustrating. Buyers beware!
