THIS IS ENTIRELY A SCAM. No one knows where they are actually based. I got clothes that are cheap, polyester, and their fine print says basically they refund people if they want to. I paid seventy bucks to track returning my merchandise to CHINA not TORONTO. ACCORDING TO TRACKING ITS ON ITS WAY BACK.

Buyer Beware!! This is a very deceiving website. They make the site look amazing with amazing photos of stylish clothing. But it's a scam. I ordered a jacket and paid $99 for it. It was nothing like the photo on their site, it was poorly made. I also noticed that there were no labels in it. After contacting them about getting a refund, they said I need to return it to their warehouse in China at my cost, which would have cost more to ship than what I paid for it. I feel totally ripped off. Don't buy from them.

I'm not the only one I see...I was scammed too, falling for the story that a Toronto boutique clothing store was closing because the lady's daughter was ill. I saw the charge from Hong Kong on my credit card statement and went back to look at the FB ad and it was gone! I ordered $149 vegan leather jacket and got a plastic looking raincoat thing that smells like fish (to me) - my daughter says it smells like a barnyard... either way - not what I ordered or who I thought I ordered it from! VERY disappointing.

If there was a zero it would be picked!

Garbage clothes from China

Please don't get taken in by this website. It's a total scam. Sweaters come from a warehouse in China. When they arrive they do not resemble the pictures. Returns policy is you pay for the package and posting yourself, even when the item you are returning is because of a fault with it. Responding to emails is hit and miss. They do not deserve a one star.

Definite scam. I started to get suspicious when the shipping emails came from Amsterdam. The sweaters are 100% polyester and the colours are nothing like what is pictured. Garbage product.

I am so annoyed at myself for being scammed! The photo of the so called Toronto shop is charming, maybe AI generated. Like the other reviewers have said, the item description was not as described but some cheap polyester fabric which smelled strongly of synthetics. The size was totally wrong. And of course the return address is in China.

I am a person who got sucked into the story about the Omo Toronto store closing due to a daughter's illness. I spent $208 on 3 sweaters and they arrived...from China! The quality is super cheap acrylic fiber, with some ends still loose, and worse still, although I ordered the size I usually wear, and then some...they did not fit. I am so annoyed with myself that I was so foolish. I thought I was being helpful. Never again! To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was offered a $50 gift certificate or to ship the sweaters back to the factory??? in China at my own expense. Once they arrived, I would (allegedly) receive a refund. I live on Vancouver Island and the cost of mailing would be prohibitive. I'm going to give the sweaters away. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Complete scam. When I outed them on Facebook about it they blocked me. This are cheap clothes from china that they mark up and then when you want to return it they make you send it back to china and pay for shipping.

They scammed me in January 2025. First time I’ve ever fallen for a scam. I ordered two European knit sweaters and received 2 garbage sweaters from China made of polyester probably worth about a dollar each. There was zero resemblance to the pictures they advertised. Such crappy material/product, I wouldn’t even give them to a homeless person. Once I have completed the process of having VISA investigate them, the sweaters are going straight into the garbage. Omo will allow you to return them for a refund but you have to pay for shipping all the way back to China, not Toronto, where they claim they are based. Just out of curiosity, I went to the post office to see how much that would cost me, $102 to return them. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They are scammers - BEWARE!!
