Ordered my graphics for my KTM 450 on…
I have never left a bad review before in my life. I ordered my graphics for my KTM 450 on the 1st of October, asked via email after 3 days when I can expect to see the proofs, It took 7 days just to get the proofs completed. I also asked via email after 2 days if my instructions made sense, I was not demanding anything..... Beware graphics are sent from another country even though OMX shows they are in the USA. I have not recieved my graphics yet so I am not going to comment on the quality of the graphics as I do not know. I am hoping that waiting this long they exceed my expectations. I'm not going to sit here and argue back and forth, I am hoping to get some type of customer service for how long this has taken and for the misinformation on your website. Seeing a company in the same state as me is why I chose to go with you as I was hoping it would speed up the process.

Let’s get a few things straight. Your order was placed on October 1st, and as clearly stated on our website, the design process takes 3-5 business days before production even starts. And it is slightly increased during sales events. You began demanding updates on the second day, well ahead of schedule, and despite us explaining this repeatedly, it seems there’s been a misunderstanding on your end.
As for where our graphics are produced, yes, we have more than one factory, and some of them are overseas. This doesn’t impact delivery times at all. With FedEx delivering worldwide in 3-5 business days, it doesn’t matter where the product is made, so long as it’s top quality — which is exactly what we provide, as 40,000+ customers can confirm.
Your graphics are already on their way, and the delay you experienced was simply due to high demand, not poor service. We communicated with you every step of the way, but there’s always a portion of customers who would rather shout loudly on Trustpilot or elsewhere instead of being patient and understanding the process.
We’re confident that once your graphics arrive, you’ll see the quality is well worth the wait and hopefully change your mind.

Super high quality graphics! Omx made sure my design was just how I wanted it, responded to emails quickly and was excellent to work with. The design is just how I want it! Fast shipping. Very responsive and willing to make changes to the custom graphics throughout the entire process before printed. The color and finish of the graphics are excellent as well as the cut to fit the plastic on the bike. The adhesive itself and pattern of the adhesive is made to adhere to your bike like no other graphic. I’ve applied many graphics and OMX has been the best.
