Absolutely awful took my payment and no food arrived, sent numerous emails and they dont care. Bank is going to sort the money and im also going to trading standards as these are just con artists

This company is an absolute joke and needs shutting down. This company constantly promoting its business, never being open and when it is, taking hours to deliver, letting you order and taking payment and then nothing showing up, no one ever answers the phone when you call to complain or ask for a refund. No one responds to emails either. Joke of a "company". Needs shutting down.

Absolutely outrageous service! So, we live around seven miles away from the main delivery site, Newbury & Thatcham, and are accustomed to waiting a long time for our food to arrive as One Delivery are the only option. If you live in an isolated area, DO NOT order from these people under any circumstances!

The last two times the delivery driver has arrived, he's had his boss in his ear CONSTANTLY blabbering on about the delivery times and furthermore, there are only TWO drivers working in this area! I'm not giving a bad review for the food, the food was great and arrived eventually; I am giving a bad review for the time taken and blatant abuse these drivers experience.

If you're thinking about working for this company, turn your head to UberEats or Deliveroo, you're basically your own boss that way. If you're thinking about ordering when these two services are viable options, order from them instead.

On the night of writing this, we waited three and a half hours for our food, the poor delivery guy was the only one on shift to manage the entire area and looked visibly shaken as he turned back to his car. Not only is this a terrible customer experience, I also imagine it's a terrible working experience.

If you don't like blatant worker abuse, your food arriving extremely late and overcharging when it comes to fast food vendors, One Delivery isn't for you.

I usually am not one to complain and the food eventually got here, but we had plans to go out this night which were completely ruined; I just had to voice my complaints via a new account.

Ordered food payment went thru for page to refresh and say they had closed, Call up get the useless boy say yeah food was ordered be here in 45 for no food to show so call back to get same useless boy answer and say foods not went thru but yet theyve taken a payment scammers and a half Avoid

This company had just started delivering in our area, well if tonight’s experience is anything to go by they won’t last long!! Ordered at 6.55pm & it is now 11.33pm & I haven’t heard a thing. Paid by card but luckily the payment is pending so I can get it reversed tomorrow, I’m glad I used my second account where card payments take a couple of days to clear.

Wouldn’t give it a 1 if I couldn’t, at first was okay until my order was cancelled. Never ever received the refund, rang numerous times to be pied off. Absolutely ridiculous tbh!

Big Colm from the Newry Branch has always been helpful and getting the deliveries done on time. If he is on and there is ever an issue he sorts it instantly.

I will NEVER use this company again. I had the extremely unpleasant experience of biting into a burger, then having to pull a hair out of my mouth. I politely emailed them straight away, suggesting they refunded at least the cost of the burger, as it ruined the whole meal. Heard nothing back. Emailed and contacted them several times and absolutely nothing! Disgraceful customer service, incredibly disappointing since I was a regular customer.

Brilliant service from Neil and Nikki who run the Bangor Franchise, food is always spot on, any problems are rectified straight away. This is how its done properly. Thanks 😊

Repeatedly had missing items cold food and waiting hours to arrive.
No way of contacting other than email and then no response to emails!!!

Food was late and cold, the order was wrong as usual 🙄. driver went back too get the missing items, came back at it was still wrong!! over an hour late “oh sorry we are busy” isnt that why there is time slots???? not impressed! i would NOT recommend and try order from somewhere else. i am very disappointed how the fact you bump up prices, for an example say you are £4.99 for a nugget meal at mcdonalds…if you order from one delivery your abt £6.99. absolute joke.

wont be ordering again thats for sure, will be ordering from somewhere else. such ashame that the other reviewes arent so positive aswell!

this isnt the first time this has happened either, but each time we have gave the benefit of the doubt and went back. but i think were done ordering with one delivery,
such ashame as it has so much potential!

At 7pm I got an email saying they would be collecting at 1:26?!

Eventually managed to get through to them on WhatsApp and they said its on the way.

Now 8pm and its not here.

Either they take on way more orders than they can handle....or they're just absolutely useless!!!! Considering they own the restaurant I've ordered from too its even worse!!

One delivery lakes - ordered food never arrived. They took my money, I have been chasing it up for months now and they still have not given my money back! Shocked at the service, please stay clear of this scam.

It would be quicker to fly to another country to get your food! 😆👍

Disgusted with the staff, and service. Ordered as a treat for me and my 9 year old, order never came, so phoned up, staff was rude, and said I could only have a credit note for next time, No WAY, money back now of I'll go to the papers, stay clear, 😡😡😡😡

Crap service they charge you more than mcdonalds for the same food avoid

Ordered food for my birthday. They took the money, nothing turned up. Waited 3 hours. Had to phone them up today to get my refund> not even an apology. They better refund me or there will be a fraud case as i have all the evidence. I cannot believe they treated me like this. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

Waited 2 hrs for meal when it arrived my main meal was missing. Phoned the restaurant and they said they would cook it again. Waited another 2 hrs and still no meal. Phoned one delivery and got very rude guy on the phone that said it had been delivered twice Which is crap definitely won't be using them again no meal and no refund absolutely shocking way to treat customer's.
