One Delivery  Avis 599

I'm quite shocked by the reviews and ratings of one delivery.
I live in Newbury, (Berkshire) and was far more excited by the idea of a McDonald's delivery than I should've been!!
I'm also v cynical and wasn't expecting much.
I've now used them maybe, 8/9 times and not had a single problem. The orders arrive quickly and the food has been hot every time.
The drivers have all been pleasant as well. On top of this, they have a really big range of restaurants, cafes sandwich shops and even shops (you can even order cigarettes and alcohol!) Much more than just eat.
I highly recommend these!

Ordered on One Delivery app on 15th October 2018 and still waiting!
Have tried calling, texting, emailing and via Twitter to get a refund and nothing!
This is absolutely appalling and I would recommend that everyone steers well clear of this site/company!
I will be taking this further!

Great service in Preston. Always polite and on time. Only had 1 problem with a previous order which was quickly resolved and give me a voucher for the inconvenience. Highly recommend it

One delivery more like open once a year worcester one delivery is absolutely terrible to be honest when they are open I had no problems with the delivery
My problem is it is never open

Took them 45 minutes to contact me to let me know the restaurant is permanently shut down.
Not even a word of apology
He said don't use the service if you don't like it. When I asked for manager number he did not give it and blocked me.
Such poor customer service.
Highly suggest never to use their service

Absolute shambles of a company the Hinckley one clearly don’t know what they are doing

Cancelled my order after saying they were open
There reason ; (we have taken on 5 new restaurants and need to re do the menu )

This should not mean you have to close if it does your service is terrible

Further more the Hinckley area had been closed for months saying we will be open soon we are re doing our menu ( nothing changed I looked )

Be careful - Franchise Manager in the Farnham/Aldershot area Alexandru Burlacu 07403 033919 had taken £54 out of my account for 2 KFC meals - I have been waiting for my £27 refund for over a week and now he has blocked my number. When I call him from another number he answers then hangs up once he knows it's me. Stay away from scammers,

Awful! Ordered a 6 piece chicken meal for £18 - received 5 pieces of scrawny chicken drumsticks very over cooked and obviously been laying around a while! and one tiny piece of chicken!!! Called them and they said they shut in 1 hour and it’s not Their problem? They then put the phone down! And refused to answer after that! The chips were even VERY wet! Yuk! £18 down the drain!

Seriously avoid!!!!!
