I am extremely disappointed with the way my account was handled. After waiting a long time for them to get restored and being a loyal merchant for months and processing a significant volume of payments without a single dispute or refund, my account was suddenly suspended without any clear justification.

I waited patiently for the issue to be resolved, only to receive an email out of nowhere stating that I am no longer accepted on the platform. This decision feels arbitrary and completely ignores my clean transaction history and professionalism.

They blocked my Account After I've accumulated 3000$, And no one is answering to my Emails, i know many people have account with this bad scammers, they got banned too.
Do not involve in this platform, shity scammers.

Worst payment providers ever! They do not talk to their customers! I had an account, they waited to accumulate some money and then they ban the account. No email. No questions asked. They wont even respond to any of my emails.

They just blocked my account out of nowhere and they are not replying to any emails i send them... avoid them if you dont want to loose your money... over 6000 USD on my account and I got blocked.

I processed over 10k with this platform and out of nowhere, without any explanation or information they just blocked my account. They are not replying to my emails, not giving any explanation what-so-ever... Seriously thinking about filing a lawsuit.

I started using this payment service 10 days ago and successfully generated $500. However, after requesting a payout, the system kept showing the same “7-day waiting” message even after the 7 days had already passed. At this point, I have not received my payout, and the issue remains unresolved. This situation raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability and trustworthiness. Do not use this payment gateways because it is a big scam.
