Ordered mini 2 and happy with the delivery date.

Recently I ordered DJI mini 2 , delivery was late but packing was good & safe.

I recently purchased a Mini 2 Fly more combo, before purchasing I contacted the seller through WhatsApp and asked if the product is readily available for which the seller confirmed that it’s available. But after placing the order the seller stopped responding and kept giving reasons for delayed dispatch. The worst part was the seller wouldn’t pick up the call or respond in WhatsApp, after lots of efforts and daily attempt to call, the seller finally picked the call and assured he will dispatch. The product arrived to me with a delay of two weeks, however the packaging was good. The price of the seller is bit higher than market price and it would be better to get the product from local sellers at bargain prices than online. The seller should drastically improve on customer service and competitive pricing. At present I will suggest everyone to look elsewhere to procure products until the seller gets the issues corrected. For hassle free experience buy directly from any local store. Also please note that the seller doesn’t offer order cancellation if you decide to buy a better model or upgraded version or simply choose to cancel order due to any reason. So it’s better to go with a reliable seller when you buy costly things like this.
