We’re very sorry again for the delivery mix-up and the inconvenience it caused. Once we were made aware, we sent your correct order with tracking and included a prepaid Royal Mail return label so the incorrect items could be returned at no cost. However, we appreciate that having to return the parcel still caused you inconvenience.
We’re also sorry that the UK 4–7 fit wasn’t suitable for you. Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the width and overall fit, we’ll take this into consideration when reviewing our sizing guidance.
UPDATE: Thank you for your update. For completeness, forwarding the parcel to the other customer was only an initial request, not a requirement.
As soon as you explained that you were uncomfortable with this, we agreed immediately, dispatched the correct orders to both customers ourselves, and provided a fully prepaid return label so the incorrect items could be returned directly to us. You have now used this label to send the parcel back to us.
We did not ask you to visit a Post Office as quickly as possible; our message stated that the parcel could be returned “at your convenience.” Nevertheless, we are sorry that our initial request made you feel pressured, and we appreciate you returning the items.
2nd UPDATE: Thank you for clarifying, Kelley. We’re very sorry that our communication left you with that understanding. We never intended to put you to this much trouble.
When you said you would prefer to return the incorrectly received socks to us, we arranged the other customer’s order ourselves and enclosed a prepaid return label addressed to ONESCK with your replacement parcel. The parcel has now been returned directly to us.
We genuinely appreciate the time and effort you spent resolving a mistake that was ours. As a gesture of goodwill, we have now issued a £20 refund to your original payment method. No further action is required from you.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Kind regards,
Ilhan
