I paid extra to have my item before my son’s school Halloween party and the item still hasn’t made it. The party is tomorrow. I had to be a “Karen” to even get tracking info.

This website has been so sketchy. Once you get your confirmation email saying you bought it. Make sure to check ALL folders including spam. You get an email from a different company giving you a USPS link. That will show you how far it is. Don’t waste your time, extremely sketchy

Placed order. Paid for faster shipping. Received no confirmation email from company. No contact at all. I've emailed 3 or 4 times over 5 days with no responses.

Placed a $35 order with an $8 charge for shipping in checkout. Was charged $12 for shipping instead. THEN I received an email two days later asking for an additional $15 for shipping. Glad I paid through PayPal! Charges are under a different company name as well. Sketchy!

Fantastic! After reading some reviews here, we ordered early for Halloween this year. The shipping time beat our expectations and our costume arrived within a week.
My daughter (age 12, height 5’1) is very happy with her costume which fit according to the sizing information on the site.

Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order a few hours after ordering it as it would be too small for my partner. They ignored my emails regarding this but got right back to me as soon as they had shipped it out and still refused any sort of option to return the onesie after it had been shipped. Would not recommend. Buy your onesies elsewhere.

Purchased some onesies and was provided tracking.
Was contacted by USPS that the tracking number provided by the seller is fake/counterfeit and that packaged will be destroyed. Very upsetting that seller used fake tracking. Very unprofessional

At first I was scared because I hadn’t got any update for a week but I spammed them with emails and got a reply for a tracking link the link is a little delayed on updates but you get updates but overall got the onesie bloody amazing 0 regrets

We ordered onesies for Halloween for our daughter. Despite the delivery date promised (we were well within this time range) the order was late and we could not use the product. Contacted customer service and they would refuse to provide a pre-paid label for return or refund the item. This is unacceptable given that the mistake was on their end, and they did not make any allowances for their mistake.

This seller claims they sent my package. I got nothing in the mail and they claim it was shipped despite never getting a notification that it was shipped. I was supposed to get this for New Year’s Eve and it failed to deliver within the promised date and completely failed to deliver in general. The refund process is an absolute headache. Stay away from this scam website.

As a heavy shark lover, I bought a shark costume for a gift to my friend.He loved it so much that he wore it at home every day for a month.It's pretty good and so comfy.

Don't use this site. Shipping estimates aren't even close. I made an order in the very beginning of November, now it's December 17th. I received an email. That my order has shipped a week ago, but I checked the progress and it's still sitting in their warehouse. Their products ship from China, they have no control of their inventory.

We had an issue with one of the onesies and they would not respond timely to any emails. 3 emails sent, finally a response, but then to send back the onesie, you have to SHIP TO THEIR FACTORY IN CHINA. It will probably be OVER $20. to ship to China. Not worth the cost and effort. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered October 10 and it arrived October 28. In time for Halloween but too close for comfort. Even if you pay for the premium shipping, I bet it doesn't count the days it takes to go through the Chinese shipping company, get flown to America, and be given to the American shipping company. The fabric quality is pretty good at least.

I ordered my daughter’s costume on 10/7. Paid an extra $18 for expedited shipping (3-5 days). Didn’t receive the item until 10/24! Past the school event that it was needed for. Not only did I have to buy another costume because this one hadn’t arrived, but they will not respond to my daily emails to return. They make it sound so easy to return - but you need a label, which has to be emailed after contacting them. If they don’t respond, how do you return?!?! What a waste of $80! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

I am currently in the process of waiting for my son's Halloween costume to arrive. After reading all of the reviews, I began to worry. My experience seemed the same until I did a little digging. The company did send me an email (hidden somewhere other than my inbox) with the order information including an Order ID. They also provided a link to track that order in the same email. I will admit, it was a little tricky to navigate, but it was available. Maybe this will help someone in the future. Fingers crossed I get my kids costume in time.

*Update: Not only did it not come in, I received an email 1 day before Halloween saying they were out of stock. Needless to say I received a refund.

I too was promised that my onesie would come in 4-7 days, and its been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my package. Nor did I get a “just shipped” email. On the confirmation email, they stated “as fast as possible” for me as well. No will return my emails. And now 4 of us nurses are w/o our costumes for kids cancer day. Would NOT recommend.

This place is great. At first I thought we were scammed cause they said they’d send it in 7-8 days- it took a bout 17 maybe. My mom was upset so she emailed the place and they said it would be here for another week, although it was delayed the onesie is absolutely adorable. Although if your trying to get one from Monday to Saturday for something I would prefer to get it before because it might cause a delay due to how far away you are.
