bad fit and bad service
First of all, the suits fit horribly. The crotch is super low and the legs are way too short. Second, they told me free shipping and free returns but have yet to refund either 10 days after they received my return. Now I am out $100 international shipping and am disputing the charge with my credit company. Do not purchase from this brand. Shadey.

terrible custom service
on their webstie it is stated that tax and everything included. However I was charge custom duty. I contacted Oneskee and they promised to refund. But it never happens. Everytime they say another 3-5 working days or other excuse like "your paypal is not set up" which is bs

Had a zipper issue with My daughters coat ( expensive and attaches to the zip off zip one snow pants as a one peice suit)- messaged business this am through an online chat showing them the issue only asked for replacement parts and they are sending us a brand new replacement oneskee suit. I am in shock at the efficiency in dealing with the issue and exceeding my needs. The suit has been sent by express air and will be here sooner than when we ordered before. I am recommending this business and am shocked at the customer service levels without any hesitation. I never thought we would get a replacement suit. As these are expensive suits. Anyone with kids or adults should look into these suits- they are incredible as we have loved wearing them and will be purchasing more in the future as the customer service ( bc stuff happens) is top notch 💯 incredible. Resolved within 10 min. Thank you!!

Awesome product!!
Ordered a technical hoodie from Oneskee, arrived swiftly and the quality is awesome. I had to return it as it was too big. Process was simple and money refunded. I then ordered the same product in a smaller size. Same great swift delivery and the hoodie fits perfectly. Would highly recommend given the quality and pricing… and swift delivery service too. Just a shame I had to get a refund and then reorder rather than do a simple exchange. But hey, it wasn’t a hassle. And I’ve got an awesome tech hoodie that I love. Nice work!!
