I ordered two one snug and one was the wrong colour, even when I emailed to advise, they still got it wrong. I was told I could return the item if it was in its original packaging, I had already taken it out of its packaging therefore I just had to keep it

Brilliant Packaging, Ideal for Gifts
Delivery was super fast and the packaging was brilliant — it arrived vac-packed and puffed up immediately once opened. I love that it also comes with a branded drawstring bag, which makes it perfect for gifting. Really impressed.

I have had this Onesnug for nearly two weeks now, and it is great, so warm and comfortable,just as seen and advertised. I ordered on a Thursday and it was with me on the Monday, a great service. If you only buy one of these, make sure it's a Onesnug, you won't be disappointed, and from a company in Yorkshire UK, what's not to like? Excellent.

Efficient and fast delivery
Very pleased with the giant hoody! Warm and snug as a bug in a rug! Ordered a few as on great discount, for friends for Xmas. And was very pleasantly surprised by the speed they arrived. Impressive!

Bad carrier.
The item was very good and the despatch time was also good but it was dispatched by Royal Mail and they ignored my change of date, They tried to deliver when they wanted, I made sure I was at home for the next scheduled delivery only to have it slung over the fence of my next door neighbour. Onesnug should use a different carrier,
