Simply dusgusting experience! This Company asked me to remove negative comments and they would do what I expected. The promises never realised! They do nor follow ethical standards.

I have a dead and wortless website!

I hired Daniel Russel and Gray Matthew from Onestop designing for a website project, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. They completely ripped me off. I paid over $1,500 for a website that is honestly worth zero. The work was extremely unprofessional, poorly built, and nowhere near what was promised.

Communication was terrible, deadlines were missed, and the final product looked like something a beginner would put together in a few hours. Nothing was mobile-friendly, nothing worked properly, and they refused to take responsibility for the mess they delivered.

I would never recommend Daniel Russel or Gray Matthew to anyone. Save your money and find a real professional—these two will just waste your time and take your money.

They delivered a highly polished website that perfectly matched my vision. The design team showed great patience, happily making multiple adjustments until everything was just right before launch. Truly grateful for their dedication.

Been several months and after a few battles with management, development team and forced revisions to leave positive feedback so I can get project moving onward. I was threatened shutdown of my website if claim was not lifted from PayPal.
18 months after repeared failed promises, delays, change of project manager and upsells, my website has not gained any traction after a 'social meadia' exposure launch.
OSD needed my personal admin password to add in a newsletter. I stated that was not needed or mandatory.

The customer service is well done. They are responsive and work hard ti address issues. There is also upselling mentioned, but done with professionalism.

I put in a request for a website. Austin called and gave a price of approx. $600 for the construction and going live. It took about 4 months before going live. They kept offering programs that would enable the site to draw consumers each time a program would be up in the $500 range, all the while improving the visibility of the site. Their annual renewal was $ 1,500 for a domain and SSL. This company is a total scam. Each time I asked why I was not getting traffic, they wanted me to buy/pay something else. I spent close to $5K in the year and a half that I was with them and guess what, absolutely no contact, not even with GOOGLE MY BUSINESS. They charged $500 for that service, although I had already done one. Still no traffic. Also, whenever I questioned them, they kept transferring me to different developers. Once I did a transfer, Frank Miller sent me the files, they failed to attach many of the plug-ins and to make things magnificently destructive, for the Search engine visibility, they had checked the box for "Discourage search engines from indexing this site. After taking so much money from me, they assumed they could strip me bare. My site was not indexed. I put in so much money yet failed to make $0 from my site that they promised the business would be productive. This company gouges customers.

Gray Matthew worked with me to create a website for my business that is not only beautiful but functional! His patience and understanding of my website needs and top notch service was his priority. Thank you!

The folks at One Stop Design have created a great working web store for my art selling business. Their staff has given me what I envisioned. The only issue has been the amount of time taken to get all my issues resolved.

Very frustrating experience. They stole $1,300 of my money. To explain, before any work was done- I requested a refund. I was directed to complete a "refund process". I submitted my formal request. I have not received a refund nor a response in several months. My calls and emails go unanswered. They have gone ghost. Which essentially means their guarantee is worthless. Worse, the whole experience feels like a scam.

I started business with OneStop Design 11/7/2022.
I paid $700 for a package service that provides me with the files once service is rendered. Before meeting Paul Goodman, OneStop Design never provided those files although I've asked on numerous occasions. After posting a comment on pilot trust, OneStop Design introduced Paul G. to me. I asked Paul for my files before we conducted any business together. A couple days later, Paul suggested I input the Google module into my site for better promotion..cost $653. After paying the forst payment, i began noticing the same pattern of behavior from Paul Goodman as the previous associates I'vespoken to, i then again asked Paul for my files.
The files im referring to are summarized in the image attached.
I have reason to believe they're frauds. Almost 2yrs and I have nothing i requested. Also, the address:
