Excellent customer service - a pre purchase enquiry was responded to within minutes and my order was dispatched the same day, arriving in perfect condition a couple of days later. I'm a very happy customer :)

Very happy newbie hoop maker!…
First time buying stuff for making hoops! Always bought ready made hoops in the past but your website made it super easy to find the things I needed and enough info to check sizes etc. Soo many tapes to choose from!!! All the tapes were true to the website pictures so I'm very pleased with everything. Delivery was super quick too. I'll definitely be back for more.... just got to make a hoop now! 😂 Thank you!

I accidentally ordered something extra in my order so phoned and all was sorted straight away and very efficiently. the rest of my order arrived quickly.

Great Customer Services, Excellent Products
Customer services were really helpful when somehow I managed to set my old address as the shipping address on my order.
Delivery was very fast and the hoop tape is good quality and very pretty.
