Went to this shop saturday 30th August…
Went to this shop saturday 30th August this is the second time I have used this shop. Needed a screen protector and wallet for a new phone which they had in stock and was all fitted for me but I also asked about a email problem which the very helpful gentleman explained the reason for my email locking up and unable to read was i had duplicate emails so he suggested i use bt app which cured problem . Such a pleasant and friendly service i think we are blessed to have this shop in Carshalton. Kind regards Robert edmead.

Excellent service laptop repair
Excellent service from the owner. Explained in fine detail so that I knew what was involved. Was patient in explaining the rudiments of ICT. Repair completed within 24 hours and charged a fair price. Would recommend one tech repairs to anyone. Ten out of ten.

Hi Jason, Thanks for your feedback on Shipping speed. Glad to know you like your new phone. We checked your order details. You purchased the phone on eBay on 15th June. It is mentioned on eBay the processing time and the estimated delivery time it takes to deliver the order which is around 10-12 business days. We can see your order was delivered on 27th June which means it took 8 business days including the processing which is within the given timeframe. Please note weekends and public holidays are not counted. We advise contacting the seller before placing order if you are not sure about the shipping speed. It will avoid any confusion and misunderstanding in future.
