One Way, run away from them
Replied to an email from ******** at One Way and was blanked.
I read through over 10 reviews, you make up your own mind.
Not sure where they got my details from as I have NEVER applied for any work through them.

One Way is one the most amazing agency I get to know in London, I have work with for few weeks now and I get to notice how highly professionally they are when it come construction work.
Been reliable and trustworthy is one of the most important essentials development any agencies should which ONE WAY get you covered when it comes to that aspect.
One Way don't joking or delaying they staffs payment for one bit I never experienced such with them and my peaceful advise to those lovely people out there please feel free to bring in your ideals and jobs ONE WAY team get you covered try them and thank me later.

I have worked for Oneway for a while…
I have worked for Oneway for a while now and in my opinion they seem to be very reliable in trying to find work for you, they aren’t like some employment agencies who mess you around and couldn’t care less, never had a problem haggling over money or getting paid on time etc.the personal there are professional and very thoughtful & dignified people in general, may it continue, hence the five stars, many thanks.

Having worked with One Way on a few…
Having worked with One Way on a few occasions now, I can truly say how professional the company is. They are prompt with my work schedule the same day, so I know exactly where I need to be.
Once on site they then call to say if I have arrived.
The customer service is exceptional.
I hope to work with this company in the near and distant future.

One way, naff recruiter.
I've worked for this company twice now. Very keen to get you to work for them. Both times paid me late. Should have got paid Friday for 2 days, nothing! Will have to phone around again next week. 1 day off to see about better paid work (£8 an hour better.) Recruiter whining like e little boy, on the phone. Seem to think you're a slave. Don't bother with them.

I was asked to register by keeley as they had various roles suitable for me. After registering the job I applied for was apparently no longer available I was told I'd be put forward for another job. No feedback given just wasted my time doing there forms and providing ID

Done a few weeks tower crane operator work at 2 different sites for one way. Great communication from them when needed to speak to them and paid on time. Will work with them again in future.
