Online Academies Avis 

Rubbish. Their website is appalling. If you manage to login, will take up to an hour to complete 14 multiple choice questions that really needs about 3 mins of yiur time. Really is a waste of time and money.theyvdo not respond to queries or requests for help

What an amazing offer. Letting NHS staff complete some of the courses for free. Thank you sooooo much

Tried to take a Horticultural course via Groupon/e-careers. Voucher arrives. Get an email from e-careers with a link to Online Academies to set up a login account.

Set login account up and although I am logged in there is no access or link to the course, just plenty of advertisements to buy more courses for £50. Unable to contact Online Academies, so have had to go back to Groupon for a refund stating "voucher did not work" although technically it did with e-careers so hoping they are willing to give me a refund.

Very disappointing, glad it only cost me £20.

I am very disappointed with the poor level of service. I am having problems getting into my account and have been trying to get in contact with the company, but l am unable to. I have phoned, emailed and sent a letter to them. If l could score the company a zero l would! I do not recommend them and l wonder if the company actually exists.

I took the private investigating diploma and really enjoyed it, found it easy enough and straight forward. Some of the questions on the tests just need to be double checked for wording compared to still lesson material. A good course all round.

Simple and clear course once you have navigated the set up.

I needed help from Martin and he came through. He was thorough and made sure he had all the information he needed to help. He quickly got back to me and solved my problem. Any confusion was quickly unravelled by his calm manner and soothing voice.

Although I finished the course CBT, it is not possible to download a Certificate of Completion.
I could however purchase an extra accredited diploma (costs euro 75).

I mailed them several times, but still no answer :-(

Bought via Groupon. Applied the code and registered. The next day I couldn't log in, requested password reminder even though I haven't forgotten it. Nothing back no reply via chat and phone just goes straight to voicemail.
I don't think this company exists.

Nearly finished my course & now can’t sign in. No reply to emails or voicemails.
Did the tests properly & got random pass rates so did them again on another computer with the correct answers in front of me & was again only getting about 88% pass so hardly very accurate.
Wouldn’t bother with this company. Save your money

Update - done some investigating & found this address has a few companies running from it including another online course company

Paid for this course via groupon, you have no telephone support, just goes to voicemail and no email support they will never answer.
Alot of questions are just blank or have parts missing ie no multiple choice to choose from hence you are graded wrong answer for that question.
Groupon deny any responsibility and dont refund your money. This is a breach of contract.
I beg you do not sign up for any of these courses

Doesn’t let me log on. Tried e-mailing many times but no response & tried calling but can’t get hold of anyone. Don’t waste your money. After reading reviews I’m beginning to think this is some kind of fraudulent company!

I cannot log on. The website will not let me enter anything. Have complained to all a d sundry and asked for refund. Absolutely nothing from them . Do not use this company.

i took the aromatherapy course and the information to read is interesting but you could just have all that information online. You do get a diploma but its worthless as I am yet to find an insurer,
I have tried to email them and contact them but they are impossible to reach.
Don't use, even though you can get courses cheap on groupon, someone who is not genuine is making money on you

I have done the PTSD course and gained a distinction, then paid £24 for the Diploma as an added extra. I received the page with 3 boxes for the answers, but NO QUESTIONS!

I have emailed, left voice messages, tried online chat but instantly told the session has timed out...I did all these many times.

I then put a message in the answer boxes requesting that I am sent clear and precise questions or I would like a refund. I waited and waited, finally I received my 'Final Exam Assessment'....to my surprise I had somehow passed the first question but failed the other two!

So I sent it all back again exactly the same, my request for the questions or a refund...only to receive it back stating by a different assessor this time, that I had again, passed the first question but failed the other two!

I then did all the previous contact methods, called and left voice message for the to call me, emailed and left a message on online chat too. Still NO RESPONSE at all. I have now reported them to Trading Standards as they are in breach of their contract with me to supply the course materials etc.

I would NEVER, EVER GO NEAR THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND SUGGEST NO BODY ELSE DOES EITHER. TOTAL SCAM IF YOU ASK ME!

They are impossible to contact, they refuse to answer emails, the phone line is operational on limited hours which is useless if you have a job and the course material is poor.

I enrolled my mum on the introduction to payroll course. It is clear no one has proof read the material. Where there should be various symbols throughout the material they just show “?”. This makes it impossible for a novice trying to learn about the subject to actually learn anything. Do I multiply, divide, add, subtract figures to get the right answers? Who knows, certainly not online academies!! Avoid this material like the plague!
