I would of liked to have both tickets together. It was not advertised that these tickets would be separate. At least they are only one seat apart.

Fees were too high and the name not matching the customer name can easily make the consumer feel like it was not a legitimate sale.

After buying my tickets, there was no communication until a few days before the event that I actually had my tickets. For a large purchase, this was pretty unsettling, and there was no way to follow up or speed up the process...

Check the Venue site first
I got to the web site by accident and thought it was the venue site. So I was surprised when I paid more than I should have for the tickets. I can see using OnlineCity Tickets for heavily booked events where it is hard to get tickets but I found the ad method unsatisfying.
It was also unusual that it did not show the actual seat numbers which should have tipped me off.
Having said those things the purchase and receipt of the tickets went well and I am reasonably satisfied.

Was unable to see the booking fee info…
Could have been better. Was unable to see the booking fee info any where so was rather shocked at the amount! Also, two tickets ordered and they are not seated next to each other.
