Online Expeditors Avis 

I was worried because no one would ever answer the phone. However I sent my fedex to them on 6/11 and have my passport in my hand on 7/19. I was expensive but I had already booked my trip thinking the real ID was all I needed then found out I still needed an updated passport. They came through for me. Thank you

I have been working with this co. online since Friday evening into today, Monday afternoon. I am on hold now for the second time for over an hour now as I was hung up on the first time. Thanks guys, enjoy my $237.00 that I really didn't have to spend in the first place!! What goes around comes around!! Good Luck!

On 7/16/21, we went to the post office for an appointment with the acceptance agent and were told that they cannot process applications without a letter of authorization. The website doesn't provide this letter, so this service doesn't work. I tried calling the help number, stayed on the line forever, and nobody ever picked up.

Quick and easy. And they kept us well informed on how the processing was going. I highly recommend this service.

Unable to contact them by phone. Post office is telling me I need a letter of authorization which Online Expeditors did not provide. They won’t answer the phone so I cannot troubleshoot this with them. Waste of money

Quick, efficient and timely updates! Loved it. I had no real urgency, was happy to wait but it took less than a month to process and deliver. Highly recommend this service!

I have called over and over again and no one picks up please I need help and it is an emergency. Terrible customer service. No one picks up the phone and I have been on hold once for almost two hours. Please contact me for help or I need a refund and will just file fraud with my bank. I have been calling and calling and nothing. What is up with this service. Beware of potentially losing $240.

I went to the post office to get the application sealed, they tell me I need a Letter of Authorization. I SAT ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS WAITING for someone to even acknowledge that I called. SUCH GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE

THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE! The reason you don't have my application back yet is because I HAVE A QUESTION. That is why I have been trying to get someone to call me back or answer me. At this point, I just want my money back. I am not sending my application to you if I can't even get you to answer my numerous calls. Please credit my original form of payment back. Thank you.

NO ANSWER! I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone, anyone from this company. I ordered and paid for an on-line application. I have called all numbers, sent instant messages on the website and emails and NOTHING. My money is gone and my application is gone, I guess...

This is a very deceptive website - they charge you upfront for government services and postal services that can be obtained for free and directly from the shipping providers - their refund policy is hidden and they miss represent themselves as an official government service provider. They do not monitor their online chat systems and you can never talk to a customer service representative. I immediately stopped the application process when I realized that this was a third party provider and I have requested refund via email but I have yet to hear from them. I will remove this once my charges are properly refunded.

Please be aware I just finished my application and I end up paying $156 I was under the impression that the process included everything but this is just to fill out an application which you can do it on any city hall or post office for free and on top of everything you have to pay $187 in addition to the government also this system automatically charges you for insurance well I deserve it I hope this helps someone

As a local passport acceptance agent please be aware money paid on their site does not get forwarded to the Regional Passport Facility or the Acceptance Agency. When you arrive at the Acceptance Agency they will require you to present a check or money order to be forwarded to the Regional Facility that will actually process your passport. Please only get your information from sites that are legitimately belonging to the Acceptance Agency or travel.state.gov.

I fear this is a scam. They are not delivering anything that they promise. In fact when I called today to inquire about the status, they were unable to give me any valuable update and told me I had contacted Rush my passport when my application was sent to online expeditors! I am confused and am starting to wonder where my sensitive information is even at! At this point I am not even sure that the US Passport agency even has my application to process! When you call online expeditors they give you the run around and are essentially clueless! Please contact me with proof that this is not a scam taking advantage of desperate vulnerable people!

My application shows 100% complete but I cannot download the forms I need to send in ..Doesn't make any sense.
I have been on hold twice now for 30 minutes ,first time I just got disconnected by the agent.Also their live chat no-one responds
I paid upfront and now no news from them on what to do next ...

They reply faster to bad reviews on their website than to their actual costumer service emails. Very irresponsible.

My husband one a trip and it was short notice and we had no passport . So far they have been very helpful the hold times are long and not quick to respond but when I finally spoke to Daphanie this morning she ASSURED me that the 4pm deadline was not in place because they understood its hard to get an appointment. I am still waiting on the confirmation email confirming they will accept documents Monday or refund the money. I want to be positive and hope in times like these people would go above and beyond to be helpful. So far so good....we will see if we get a email confirmation.

It was soooo much easier than trying to maneuver the process on my own.
They gave me clear instructions and regular updates and received passport 3 weeks earlier than expected. It was great!

This app made me pay $270 for getting my passport, they have all my data and now that I went to the actual post office they said, that they will never charge that much for getting the passport. Now, this app never answers my phone calls for a refund!!
