We truly apologise for this incident.
Here at Online Household, our goal is to provide satisfaction to our customers and this incident regarding your parcel is unacceptable.
As per Amazon, they have damaged the parcel during transit hence they couldn't deliver the goods. The parcel left our warehouse in perfect condition. This is something that we have no control over especially for "damages that occurred during transit".
We have provided a full refund and one of our representative is currently handling this matter.

Well Surprised
I recently placed a relatively small order with 'Online Household' and was surprised at the efficient and excellent service I received. I was informed of delivery throughout and received the package within just a few days. I took a chance because I had not heard of this company before but the item was very competitive cost wise .. Made a purchas they sent the wrong…
I made a purchas but they sent the wrong item. I emailed them and they did respond but that was it. No appolergies or how to resolve the issue. Now they are ignoring me. I would still recommend there products though they are excellent as I have ordered from them before. The delivery is very fast at a great price. My issue is probably just a one of I would still recommend.
