I recently ordered halal meat from Onlinemeatshop. Upon receiving my initial order, I noticed some issues with the meat due to the delivery process. However, the manager promptly resolved the matter and arranged for a replacement order. The new delivery was of excellent quality, and the meat was very fresh.

ordered serval times there and everything went well except my last order. It was missing some pieces of meat the refunded it but only 1/4 of the amount and then ignored me

Dispatched the wrong item and slow response.
Dispatched the wrong item. Rotten mangoes. Managed to get back the refund.

Dear Customer,
We have refunded the full amount, even though the mangoes were clearly kept in condtions which are not recommended. You should not use the product and ask for a refund.
Not that bad
The meat smelt a little bit off but not much. I'd say it could be better insulated as it was all defrosted when I received it. But the portions are fine.
