Amazing service
Amazing service. My son received a trophy from another company but his name was misspelled (not the trophy company’s fault). Anyway, I needed a new nameplate and phoned Online Trophies to see if they could help. They were so helpful, sending me a link to order a replica and they completed my order exactly to my wishes and within a couple of days. Really couldn’t ask for more!

Brilliant service, great choices & personal touch.
I was really impressed with Online Trophies. Firstly the choice & options available were extensive. The fact that I could then personalise each medal with an actual sentence (describing what each individual had personally achieved)
Then after making my order, they contacted me promptly before the engraving process to check that I had intended to use a specific word (which I could have written wrongly.)
I was really impressed with them for checking that with me. Although the spelling/ word was actually intentional, if it HAD been wrong, then precious time would have been wasted correcting it & my students would not have received them before the end of term.

I contacted online trophies and spoke to someone. The ordering process was fine but it would have been nice to see what the plate would have looked like beforehand. I only wanted 3 letters on the 70 x 40 plate and wandered how big they would be. The chap said trust us we will make it look nice. They did indeed I was very pleased with my purchase.

Good price, but...
I ordered two bases 'just in case', which was lucky as one had a damaged corner and wasnt usable. Both of the holes in the center had damage on the top surface, luckily the sculpture I wanted to mount just about covered the damage on the one base that was left.
On a side note, for this size base, a 10mm hole is way too big, I was mounting a large bronze which had a 6mm stud, and had to make a spacer to center the sculpture over the hole.

Re-order from last year was really easy. They sent a reminder and were able to bring up all of the engraving details so I didn't have to do it all again.
Straightforward ordering, and trophies were here within 2 days, even when selecting 5-day service.
Trophies are exactly what was ordered and look great!
