We booked two cruises with OVC and attempted to book a third cruise. Our first cruise was booked with Michael, he handled everything and that cruise, there were no issues. Michael has since moved on an we were assigned Sasha. After the first cruise, because it was handled so well we wanted to book a third cruise. In the attempt to book the third cruise this should have been a red flag for us to check on the second cruise. Sasha was very slow to respond to our request for a quote. By time she got back to us the price of the cruise had increased and we had decided to use another company for the new booking. Now the upcoming cruise that was booked with OVC, the final payment was coming due and I tried to login to pay an realized They never sent me a confirmation number. After two days on the phone and sending emails we were finally able to make the payment. There was questions about when the final payment was due, my paperwork said 4/12/26, there website said 4/9/26 and the email said 4/26/26 due to OVC and 5/3/26 due to Celebrity. It was a little confusing on when the final payment needed to be made, so we chose the earliest date.
There customer service in my opinion isn’t the best. They said I would receive an email by the end of the day, that never happened. They can work with overseas military customers but they can’t call overseas numbers if you request a manager call back. One of the guys I spoke with didn’t even know what a country code was. During the time of booking they were offering free on board credit. That credit doesn’t show on my account. At this point I’m just tired of dealing with this company and will move on.

Can't say enough about Karina are travel guide/consultant. She is professional, take the time needed to recommend cruises or book them. Karina always takes time to answers our many questions . We are never rushed. Top notch service.
