Website is very easy to use. No problems navigating it at all. For transparency, I only need to veryify one vehicle, which we were considering purchasing, so will be deactivating my account. However, should I ever have to research another vehicle, I will be back.

Unauthorized charges.
In October I went on their site to check the VIN on a motorcycle I was given. The cost was $1 and they could not find the VIN as it was not a current 17 digit VIN but for $1 no big loss. I am currently balancing my card statements and found they have been charging me $9.95 per month since then without authorization. To say I am angry would be to under-state my opinion.

It was very easy for me to pull up my report and find out what kind of engine I had
It was very easy for me to pull up my report as the car report I had gotten from Carhop did not tell me what kind of engine I had so this made it easier when searching for items I needed for my car such as motor oil and other things it was also very inexpensive for me to do this as I work minimum wage and don't have a lot of extra money on hand all the time.
