Great selection of clothes from really cool designers and a super easy to use service, even for just a one off subscription.

Brands and styles I didnt know about but love. Trying out new shapes and colours without commitment. Satisfying that craving for new clothes without expanding my wardrobe. Been a happy customer for one year and reccomend OnLoan to all my friends.

I love getting my Onloan clothes each month, it is really exciting opening the bag and trying on the clothes you have picked and makes me always feel like I have something new in my wardrobe.

Wow, where to start?! I work in retail and I was a little cynical about using a clothes rental service. I’d read lots of articles about how rental is going revolutionise the fashion industry but I wasn’t buying it (ha-excuse the pun!) A friend of mine recommended Onloan to me and I thought I’d give it a whizz. Total. Game. Changer! I’ve been using Onloan for over six months and I’m a total convert. Great selection, really cool brands and amazing customer service. I had a few questions about a fit of a dress and the lovely ladies at Onloan fell over theirselves to help! The best part of renting from Onloan is that it’s satisfying my monthly itch for newness in my wardrobe!

Really impressed with how flexible they’ve been during lockdown, extending return deadlines and allowing users to put a hold on ongoing subscriptions. Definitely one of the good ones!

Onloan are great. Good selection of clothes and sizes and they always have something a bit unusual that I don't mind renting - it goes back at the end of the month if I don't like it. What I really wanted to highlight though is their customer service - of all the brands I interact with, they are the most responsive and helpful. Just absolutely great. 5+ Stars here.

The customer service from Onloan is second to none. They always respond quickly and are very helpful and understanding. Overall I absolutely love this site and the concept of borrowing high end clothes on a subscription basis. It gives you a wide range of choice and I've found that it pushes me to try things I wouldn't normally pick up in the shops. I borrowed a beautiful pink Kitri coat that got me so many compliments, I didn't want to give it back!

Best service ever! I love that I don’t need to shop or scroll when I want to wear something nice. And clothes always get compliments when I wear them. Plus no guilt of buying things that only get worn once or even never. Makes me feel great!

Getting my onloan package always makes me smile. From the packaging it arrives in to the brands they work with, you know they've prioritised sustainability. They have that timeless blouse, that colourful, tropical blazer, that dramatic dress. Onloan helps me explore and try new styles. What I originally thought would not be a staple in my closet has now become a timeless piece I want to buy. The collections aside, I've loved the customer experience. From the moment I've confirmed my selections to the moment it arrives, onloan makes the delivery process feel like it's being hand delivered to my doorstep through text and email notifications.
